TXTUR — Local services in Richmond

extremely disappointing experience with this company and assuming they must be going out of business based on very poor customer service / communication. We purposefully ordered from them to support small business in Virginia and visited showroom but overall regret out decision. it has been over 2 months since we placed the order. They were extremely communicative when placing the order but basically dropped the ball after that. They reached out at one point to let us know fabric we had picked out was out of stock then apparently put our order in incorrectly.. which resulted in delays. We are now waiting on Friday evening, after rearranging all our plans for the couch to arrive. No one reached out to let us know driver is going to be almost 2 hours late. will be surprised if it actually shows up at this point.

I had a great first experience visiting txtur - being in my early 30s and looking for some of my forever furniture pieces, these are unique, comfortable, and made to last.
