Really nice little community park. Well done with brief facts about petroglyphs. The replicas are well done and it would be a good way to teach kids about them. There is a nice playground area and the grounds were well kept. Restrooms on site were clean. We spent about 25 minutes walking through the park on the paved pathways. Nice little stop as we are visiting in the area

Wow how amazing this community park is. No shade for your car! But park across street does have this. You can walk the paths and be amazed with the interpretation information and recreated rock art pieces. Also tells some meaning of art and locations( not open to private visits) The museum located a short distance away has tours available certain times of the year available.

Nice, clean park with interesting and cool replica petroglyphs found in an area that is now controlled by the China Lake Naval Base. Pretty wild and some cool connections to alien/ufo stuff if you’re a kook like me. No shade on hot day, fun to walk around. Clean and well maintained park.

An amazing day filled with a bunch of activities going on at the park there was a car show going on pretty big one filled with a lot of great cars there were trucks everywhere filled with wonderful food making barbecue to Tacos everything you can imagine amongst this the basketball court we took up and we use it to run some cement oval in a sense it was playground turf so on the basketball courts we remote control cars in oval. It was sponsored by Oasis remote control car track and Danny Quinn unfortunately my car did not do very well it barely ran it all still a very good time after that ended about dark Muslims head over to the Oasis RC track Ransom heat stairs with a local Club people I finally got my car dialed in and it started to perform pretty well we raced until about 11:00 at night and I got home about 2:00 in the morning full day it had a dog park enclosed by fence the car show went on all around all around the grass there must have been a hundred cars there there are picnic benches everywhere filled with families eating and relaxing partying up the park itself was filled with people everywhere I mean everywhere the security was provided by the voluntary police of the area in Ridgecrest Park is filled with nice beautiful trees which provided us the shade to sit under it was well over 100° I don't know exactly what temperature it was thank you to Danny Quinn and his Oasis RC track the great events with...

We are avocational archeologists. Well, maybe just rock art hounds who read a lot of archeology and have visited over 100 sites from famous to obscure. They did a very nice job with this tiny park. The descriptions of styles and techniques are reasonable for tourists. They were respectful of local tribes, obviously consulting with them in the process of designing the park. There has been a scourge of vandalism and theft at some relatively nearby sites - some full on antiquities theft. I struggled with whether the park should play some part in educating the public about this destruction of American heritage, but have decided that this is not really an appropriate mission here. Overall I was pleased to find it and pleased to visit. It is a thoughtful...

One of my favorite places! Clean and peaceful. This park is very educational and amazing! The signs are very clear to understand! The information is very interesting! Definitely you have to visit this beautiful place ! Plus they have the museum very near an to beautiful parks more! The blue stars memorial is very near to this place to so you can visit them around two hours or less! They have a small area of picnic and the parking great too. Restroom are very clean and safe! I definitely want to visit it again! If you like my information please gime a like un my comment thank you very much!
