First time here. Food was as expected, nothing spectacular. We had the beef Enchilada and street pork tacos. Enchiladas was filled with ground beef and no sauce like one would expect. Pork tacos were the best and tasty. Final bill was $18.43 with water. Chips n salsa are free with orders over $5 and all the free hot, medium or mild salsa you can eat. Beer is pretty steep @ 3.99 for import AND domestic 12oz bottles. Friendly and quick service brings this up to a 4 star. Lower prices, updated decor and menu would bring this in at a solid 5. We will be back.

Very underwhelming environment, not sure if they were remodeling when I went, but the food was off the charts!!! The chips were extremely fresh, salsa was just hot enough, I could've gone with a little more heat but delicious regardless. I ordered the Chile Colorado.... Perfection. I went hot and it didn't disappoint. Perfectly done, the meat fell apart in my mouth. The beans were perfectly smooth and the rice was equally delicious. It gets served up hot so be careful with that first bite.

UPDATE I went out of my comfort zone tonight and saw they had burgers and fries. I ordered my usual Macho burrito but I also ordered their fries and ranch dressing as a dipping sauce. BLOWN AWAY!! I lived in the San Francisco bay area for over 20 years and would always go to Barneys Gourmet Hamburgers, they have like 6 establishments in and around the bay area and there burgers are of every kind and GOOOOOOOOD! But our mainstay was the fries and ranch dressing they made homemade. I thought moving to ridgecrest was going to be a culinary slow death for me until tonight. They have STEAK CUT FRIES AND HOMEMADE RANCH DRESSING!! NOT the Hidden Valley kind but the REAL KIND AND OMG I FELT LIKE I WAS BACK HOME!!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH and I will definitely be trying their burger next. You can't miss with this place!! Great job!!!

Holy cow! This is mexican homestyle cooking at its finest. Their breakfast and lunch buffet is above par standards. Enjoy...

I first tried this place back in 2000 when I initially moved into town, it was horrible and basically Taco Bell food that we spent a lot of money on. Several people told me it had new owners and the food was better, it is not. I placed a phone order for pick up of their beef taquitos, side of guacamole and an order of fries. The "taquitos" are Jose Ole taquitos that they likely threw in the microwave to heat up. The fries were Ore Ida steak fries that they couldn't even bother to put into the deep fryer, maybe they don't have one? The guacamole was the only thing made in-house and even it was well be subpar, too many onions in my opinion. $12 for food that I could buy at the grocery store and make at home, that's a rip-off if you ask me! I gave them a second chance, but they will not be getting a third. If you want good Mexican food in this town, go to Olvera's. I know good Mexican food, I'm Mexican and from San Diego, the best place in town...

We have LOVED la fiesta for the last 15 years of coming to Ridgecrest to ride and camp every Christmas, thanksgiving, and Easter. Unfortunately, this easter when we called in our order and my son picked it up, it was missing a burrito. If we call it in there is usually a few mess ups but the food is good so we don’t complain. This time someone was missing their dinner. I called and got a lot of attitude and was told “a burrito was left”. Ok, well obviously it was not packed. My husband drove all the way back to get it and it was tossed in his direction down the counter and a lady with loads of attitude said here’s your burrito. Super rude and It was beef not chicken. Sorry but not going back again. Food is good but the...
