I'm so glad we stopped by. I had the most delicious cherry mocha, and my husband was very happy with his extra dry cappuccino. The service was delightfully friendly, and the ambiance was welcoming and relaxing. We didn't take advantage of their intriguing menu. However, that will be our excuse for a quick return. Desert Brew coffee shop is a downtown Ridgecrest treasure!!

It’s so nice to have a fun and charming little coffee shop in town. Staff was very friendly and everything is made right in front of you. I had a liege waffle with whipped cream and strawberries and it was the best waffle I’ve ever had. I also had an iced herbal tea and it was a refreshing accompaniment to the waffle. Prices are very reasonable

Great new coffee shop. Very well decorated, looks like something from Palm Springs. Had an excellent maple cinnamon latte. They also have some other unique. With their new Saturday hours, there are no complaints.

Best coffee in town, hands down. Organic coffee and ingredients which is a nice option to have in our small town! Great food/snack options as well. I have seen people complain about the hours, and I totally get it, but after talking to the owners (who are also the baristas and sisters!) they keep the hours they do because they are both moms of multiple kids and their heart and intention going into all of this was to work to stay present as mothers while bringing a wonderful new business to our town as well. They get their kids ready for school, want to be at sporting events , and work hard to be there for evening time as a family. If you go at the end of the day you will see their children there with them helping out, cleaning, doing homework.. it’s a family business and honestly it’s something we don’t really get to see too often anymore! I get that it’s inconvenient for some but I have also seen and met people who visit daily on their lunch break to try it out. If anything it should truly show the heart of the owners and the integrity they hold. They keep prices as low as possible and quality high. I would gladly do what was needed to support a...

This was a gem of a coffee shop. Not only were the staff friendly and helpful, the food was unexpectedly complex. I got a seasonal beet and cardamom latte with a dollop of maple syrup and Diana had a vanilla maple jade matcha. Both drinks brought a unique perspective and taste that would sell out in any major city. For food we got a perfectly crisped plain cream cheese bagel and an avocado toast. The toast was an experience! Generous avocado spread across two slices with a layer of pico, crumbled cheese, and a balsamic drizzle tying it all together. The toast was refreshing and nutritious, leaving us rejuvenated for another day of exploration in the beautiful nearby deserts. They clearly have a passion for creative recipes, but with the care and skill to pull them off. Mom vibes with...

If you’re looking for quality coffee or food, look no further. I ventured out and saw they offered a flavor I’ve never tried before. I forget the exact name but it had beet and chocolate. I’d have never guessed those two ingredients could harmonize so well. It was recommended I add a shot of espresso. The turnout: outstanding! In addition to that glorious drink I added the avacado toast. I couldn’t have asked for anything better. Their avacado toast made me feel healthy and wasn’t too heavy or light in my stomach. I highly recommend you try for yourself. I’m sure you won’t be...
