I have been to this establishment well over 20 times. This would normally be a 5 star review and depending on the outcome of what is done Iâll change it to something higher. At 719 Pm on April 5th 2023, I came in for a mobile order. A Thai tea and Taro milk tea. First off the order was incorrect, which I honestly didnât care about. The second and main reason for the review was the rudeness and lack of care from both the male and female employees. They barely looked up from their phones to greet us, then when asked if the order was correct she replied that I ordered 2 Thai teas. Now, this didnât necessarily bother me either. Even so, they were practically empty after helping several young girls that had left as we were pulling up. I know, they are both 4 letter T words, but the lack of oversight on her part should be noted. What really bothered me was how the male reacted. Upon hearing that he had to get off his phone and do his job, which is creating boba drinks, I could hear him throwing things in the empty sink. Now, anyone knows when someone is getting frustrated because of them, but this wasnât my fault. I shouldnât be made to feel uncomfortable in any establishment because they messed up on my order and are asked Nicely to fix it. He proceeded to put to much water or not enough taro. Either way, the taste was off from its usual and was room temperature with minimal if no ice included. He gave a short and skirt apology about the incident and went back to his phone. Now usually I wouldnât even take the time to put a review in about this, but as I was driving away I had the sudden urge to never go back to the establishment anymore. This annoyed me, because itâs been an accumulation of consistently good experiences up until now and I donât want one bad experience to completely change my relationship with this company. I honestly do not care that you are having a bad day or are unhappy with where you are in life. Iâve been a dish washer, waiter, Certified nursing assistant and other retail jobs. Iâve taken care of loved ones in healthcare for well over a decade. Those in the hospital and their loved ones donât care if Iâm having a bad day. They want to be cared for and treated like they matter and their problems matter. I expect the same from the people I come into contact with that are receiving a paycheck for a service they are providing. It seems like she is new or in training by the way theyâre talking with each other. The girl starts making our drinks, and once the manager finishes taking our order, she walks over to the girl making the drinks and I witness her hit her hand away from whatever she was making. The manager then proceeded to take the cup away from her, and commands her to start making another drink, she walks over and starts making another drink. The manager gets our drinks done, but the girl looks like sheâs about to cry. It doesnât matter if itâs her first day or fourth year, you shouldnât treat your employees rudely. The girl apologized then i overheard the manager say âyou canât keep saying sorry for everythingâ. Also saying âif youâre not gonna understand then youâre wasting both of our timeâ.    Read moreI found an old punch card for a free drink after 10 drinks in my room. When I went to go redeem it today, the cashier told me they have a new reward system by phone number. I understand if the system has since changed, but I still bought 10 drinks. He should have accepted the old card and then told me I use the new system for future points. Hi Boba took my money for the first 10 drinks but won't give me a rewars as promised on the card. Very dissapointed. :(
EDIT I thought surely this must just be a misjudgement from the cashier but I emailed the company directly and was told from Mildred that "they are not responsible" and sent me a picture of a policy that only applies to lost/stolen/damaged cards!! I have my rewards card but guess that isn't good enough for her. She told me that guests were given "ample time" to redeem though this is not stated on the card and there is no expiration.
