KFC — Restaurant in Rio Rancho

We come to KFC a lot. Love the food, usually have a great experience. However this one is absolutely awful. They have the worst customer service I have ever experienced. We usually get a big bucket and we substitute the wings and thighs for white meat. We usually get told, "no problem, there will be a slight upcharge though" which is fine with us. This location told us that we "needed to be mindful of other customers that MAY come in". I'm so sorry that I don't like dark meat. What if I ordered separate meals? Would you tell me that then? I thought this was a restaurant? Arent those first come first serve? And shouldn't the staff be pleasant and kind? Well not here apparently. It's 8 at night... and there was one guy behind us. NEVER coming here again. I'm currently on my way to Popeyes. Do yourself a favor and skip out on the poor...

I have not been to KFC in a while until recently and now I know why. The chicken sandwich and bowl were not that great in taste and smell. The sandwich was meaty but there was no flavor in the chicken and I felt the pickle and pitiful amount of mayo was the only ingredients giving it flavor. The bowl looked fine until I opened the container and an smell was awful and the taste wasn't not appetizing because of the smell. As of currently posting this review, there are not enough workers there so ordering or picking up an order might take some time. One last gripe, the individual who took my order kind of rushed my order by assuming that I didn't want it in a combo or asked if I wanted anything else. My verdict is that I will not be eating KFC anymore since there are other places that offer better chicken sandwiches for either the same...

I ordered the 8 piece meal which should of had 2 of each pieces of chicken. When i got home and we started eating we discovered that the person filling the order had left out the two breasts and put three legs, three thighs and two wings in the order. That was an blatant act but when i called the store the manager, she didn't sound too concerned about it but offered me aother 8 piece. I've had a couple of incidents in CB Iowa of ordering kfc chicken in their drive through and when i got home i was shorted one piece and a few months later at the same store i was shorted two pieces. It almost makes a guy think that they have their help doing those things purposely! I wish i didn't like their chicken! Also the size of the pieces of chicken are small but the price...
