Nina's Nails & Spa Rio Rancho — Attraction in Rio Rancho

This is seriously the worst Polish job I've ever gotten. I paid for the Deluxe pedicure ($40)and the service was fine but when I chose regular polish instead of Gel I could tell they weren't too happy. They lost a $10 upcharge. I paid $3 to remove the gel polish i had before and went with regular. I won't return to this shop. This is my third visit. 3 strikes and I'm out. Now I have to clean up my own polish job at home. I paid $53 because there is no option for no tip on the card reader. I gave the lowest they allow 15% .

Second visit I hated the thickness of the dip. Also he did not size match each nail so some are different lengths. and the gentleman who did them refused to do short coffin. A shape I get always at any shop I go to. Not sure why he wouldn't do them. And he was too lazy to remember the nail colors I picked out. He told me I had to remember them for him. I've never had a nail tech ask me, the customer , to remember my own number color for them. It's part of thier job. He had to asked several times which colors I wanted. When grabbing them. This was unprofessional. Never experienced that at all....

I went in a couple of months ago and had a manicure and pedicure. An older lady did my pedicure and she was the sweetest lady. Then she had me go to the male that works there. He was so rude and kept telling me not to look at my nails. He said I would have a chance to see them at the end. I tried to have a conversation with him just to be polite and he was so rude to me. He kept telling me to relax my fingers and even pulled on my finger in an aggressive way. When he was done, I paid and left a tip because that’s the right thing to do but I was so hurt at the way he treated me. I will not go back. I saw him be nice to other customers and even have a conversation with a lady and her daughter but he seemed to dislike me the minute he saw me. I went in to get a new set of nails today and the girl was rude! I have been coming here for years and never had a problem . The lady kept complaining that my pinky was stiff I told her I have a medical condition that causes that and she told me that I was lying and I could control it...she continued to tell me that I could control it and pushing my pinky down I felt embarassed and harassed because she was making such a big deal over it so I got up and left. I will never go back again. For anyone that has a chronic medical condition to have someone tell you that your lying about it is wrong I have to deal with chronic pain that affects everything I do on a daily basis and to have someone that Im paying for a service tell me otherwise is...
