River Forest Town Center — Attraction in River Forest

BEWARE, the experience my Son had was unbelievable and unheard of. My hope is he never goes back, ever. They are running a towing Company not a mall. Huge scam, my Son parked and then left for 1 hour, went back later in the day, he comes out to find his car gone. They stated the time he left and came back was included in 3 hour parking. are you kidding me🤣tell me this isn't crooked. To have 3 hour limit for shoppers is absurd in itself. They claim trouble with people parking for the train. Then fix it, you are penalizing people who were bringing in business. Not even hour after his friends car also towed. How many a day times 220.00. What a SCAM. Never would I recommend this place. Parking business...

Everyone here is nice based on my experience and they are very willing to help you find anything you're looking for. I've been going to this particular whole foods since I was a kid, tagging along with my mom shopping. So its been ten years or more, and what I can say is that their customer base has grown tremendously. It didn't used to be as crazy crowded as it gets now and they should seriously start expanding like 5 yrs ago already. It's way too small for the amount of traffic they get and they need more resources. it should be as big as a down town whole foods because that's how crazy it is in the store, in the parking lot. Went to Americs Best for an Optometry exam. Didnt wait long, plenty of parking on Sunday but the optometrist was young and I had to extract information out of her to better understand what to do. Then when she sent me out of the office to check out frames the help on the floor was just as inexperienced and non interested to provide service. So if they dont care about my needs, I didnt care to spend any money with them. $70 exam fee and though there ads say free reading glasses with the exam but I wasnt offered that deal cause of a total lack of enthusiasm displayed by staff.
