Instant Jewelry Repairs LLC — Attraction in River Oaks

I had several watch batteries replaced about 2 months ago. All of them are holding up nicely and I'm just getting around to leaving this review. The staff was very friendly and I was able to wait while the work was being done. 4 watches done in about 15 minutes. The price was the best by far and I felt like this store knew alot about watches and how they worked and/or repairs if needed. I called a different store much closer in the Keller area and they gave me all sorts of run around about "they had to see the watch first" and "if it was a certain back they had to send it off". Not to mention the were twice the cost. Basically no training at that place in Keller, they were just salespeople. However, at Instant Jewelry, there was one pic in the reviews of a watch completely disassembled, this left me with some confidence that they could easily do some battery replacement. Well, there you go. Battery replacement is highly recommended and I'll return myself when the time comes. They also did other repairs and seemed to have a nice selection of other jewelry and watches. I had to have my wedding ring/bands cut off about 3 years ago due to an accident. I was so scared to take it anywhere to get it fixed because a jeweler said it would be pretty expensive to fix because of the channel set diamonds. Plus it would take several weeks, plus I don’t trust anyone. 😊 My wedding anniversary is next month and I have been missing my rings, so I googled today to take it somewhere since the place that made the ring is 10 hours away.

I went in several weeks ago after finding this jewelry shop on google to have a capacitor replaced in a citizen watch. They had it in stock and replaced it and had me on my way in minutes. Wonderful! Then I had been wanting for a while to have a ring guard made of two 14k bands to go with my wedding band. They rhodium plated the band, polished all of them and had the guard made in about 1 hour. Amazing. It is a family business and they all have been super gracious on both visits. They are welcoming and want you to be happy with their work. Which I am. Thrilled.
