Market Street Jewelry & Loan — Attraction in Riverside

I've done business with these guys since 2013, I've done everything from getting loans against my jewels, I've outright sold some old jewelry and I'm always quite pleased with their offer...never feel like I'm being ripped off. I don't know if it's bc they know I'm a long time customer but they have extended courtesies to me which normally go against their policies. For instance, the last time I was in, I was paying off a pawn loan and getting my jewels back and suddenly remembered that when I got the loan originally several months prior, I used $100 of it to put down on a ring I had to have. Can barely pay rent but I'm getting that ring (I know) Anyway, I had completely forgotten about it and the guy reminded me but said they sent me a letter warning me if I didn't make a payment on that ring by whatever date it was, that I forfeit my deposit. Since that date passed by over a week they had every right to keep my $100 and the ring. But the guy had mercy on me, asked when I thought I could pay it off, and thank dear Jesus I had the money right then, so before anyone's mind changed I paid it off and now have a brilliant gold and amethyst vintage cocktail ring that's big and gawdy, just how I like them! In a world where pawn shops treat you like garbage this place is like a breath of fresh air. I know most pawn shops in that area feel you're visiting someone in jail but this shop actually looks and feels like a retail store from its cleanliness to its organization. After getting low balled from a pawn shop down the street (they tried to give me $20 for a Nintendo switch) I decided to look elsewhere for a quote and stumbled across Market Street. Though my Nintendo switch was in good condition, it was only the base model and my worry was getting lowballed again but the employees there were flexible and worked with me according to my needs. In the beginning I was hesitant with many questions but Brian was very informal and outlined every word in the loan contract and made sure I was not confused. Thank you Market street I personally never had an issue with none of the staff here been doing business here since 2012 and I appreciate all the guys working here. They’ve helped me pull through some hard ones even if I needed to reload. if anything, I really appreciate it since they’ve gone away and beyond to give me the max for putting my stuff I think people just misinterpret a lot of things were. They’re not in the right place or in a bad mood just stay positive. Maybe you want to receive positive feedback, I would recommend anyone just to check it out.
