Great place. Went on Saturday night. It can be hard to find Parking. They have live music and an area where people go to dance. The dance floor is really close to the dinning area so it can be uncomfortable if you are seated there, since people are almost dancing on top of you. Unless you plan on dancing you may want to ask to be seated further away. However this place is always busy when I go. So I sit at the first seat available no matter if I have to be close to the dance floor. The staff here are super sweet. I don't think the service is slow. As busy as they are I feel the timing of service is fine. Usually if you go early enough the bring out a complimentary basket of cuban toast with a savory dip that has I little kick to it. I absolutely love it. However most of the time I arrive later in the night and they are all out of bread. Tonight was. a little disappointing for me. I ordered the avocado salad. There was something in the salad that was overwhelming. I think it could have been chopped cilantro or Celery salt. Not sure. I've had this salad in the past and it was not an issue. I also ordered the lechon asado, white rice, and Grilled veggie. Something about the rice was a little off, this is kot the case the other times I've been there. The lechon was perfect and the veggies were good, but they were not the usual veggies so I was caught off guard when I saw my dish. I've been here many times and the food is always amazing. So that being said I would still recommend this place. Also keep in mind with the music playing it is loud and hard to hear what people are saying, so if you want to have a meal where you can talk with someone I suggest you go early. Oh and lastly, they do sing happy birthday with flags, lights, and music. I believe they bring a dessert out as well. But don't quote me on that one....

This place has the potential of being truly amazing, but they really dropped the ball on this one. I used to attend a couple of years ago before covid when they had bands and had an amazing time. Now, two years later I returned to find a DJ who was doing a nice job. My wife and I started eating dinner, and heard some music that we wanted to dance to. When we got back to our table, they had cleared everything. I had only eating half my dinner and it was gone. The plates, even silverware were gone. I couldn't even find my glasses on the table. They had only left the big bowl of muscles that my wife was serving herself from. When we called the management to their attention of what was happening, they offered to pay for just her order. Nothing was mentioned about mine. Then they wanted to give her another order so they took the remaining Bowl of muscles and said they would give her a fresh one but it looked like they just put what was left on the table in a to-go container They expected us to be content with that. This seems to be a common problem for this place. Even when I went there two years ago, I had problems with the staff clearing my table too soon. One time I had to write on a napkin "do not remove", but that didn't even help. They really need to be more conscious about what their customers are doing. At least ask them if they want to remove the plates from the table, or at least check to see if they're just dancing and not have the surprise when they come back. The management did not handle the situation very efficiently in my opinion. I'm sorry to say, but I will most likely not be returning anymore. This experience was an embarrassment to me because I was telling my newlywed wife how nice the place was and then...

This was our first visit to the Latin Grill and it was yummy! They provide garlic Cuban bread with a spicy dipping sauce as a free appetizer. The bread was wonderfully crisp and the sauce was very warm but not painful and the burn did not last long. Their sweet tea is brewed and nicely sweet without being syrupy. We ordered Regular Cuban sandwiches with the Works. The roasted pork was well seasoned and moist. The lettuce and tomato were fresh, crisp and flavorful. The overall sandwich was very good and large. We ordered a side of rice, beans and French fries. The French fries were made to order. They were sizzling hot, crisp outside and soft inside with a hint of salt. The rice was well cooked and both rice and beans were deliciously seasoned. For dessert we ordered the guava cheesecake. It was a smooth New York style with a guava purée over the top. The guava was not overly sweet but delicious. The overall flavors were sweet without being rich. The portion was generous and perfect for sharing (or be sure to save room if indulging alone).

The staff were courteous and worked together to provide adequate attention and service for each patron.

The restrooms were very clean and each stall was an individual closet style for maximum privacy. A delightful space to take care of personal needs.

Overall the experience was pleasant, the food and service were good. I would highly recommend this restaurant if you enjoy...

Where do I begin? I'm hardly a hard critic, but tonight's experience was below average and subpar. Our glasses of water were empty almost the entire time after the initial glass was served. Our 2 for 1 drinks (after the first rounds) didn't come until we were ready to leave after dinner. It took very long before all of our food came out and I understand being busy, but at one point the waiter asked me, "You're not going to eat?" I replied letting him know I was still waiting (as everyone else had their food) and he asked me for my order again. 😑 Taste wise, the Mofongo just didn't taste good overall, the side order of white rice never came with 1 of the meals, and someone else in my party ordered a spicy chicken and there was ZERO spicy sauce on it. To top everything off, the restaurant is not that big and the live music blasting kept us all from talking to each other. You could hardly get a word in unless you wanted to shout over the music. And trust, I love me some music, but this was ridiculous. Also, our dishes stayed on the table the entire time until we left. A table full of all these dishes, just in the way. We literally stacked some of them ourselves to get them out the way. Sorry, but it was an overall horrible experience. 😢 Myself and my party of 7 others will never return here nor would we recommend it.

Welcome to "The Offshore Culinary Experience" a restaurant that's as much of a survival challenge as the Process in "3%". First off let’s talk about the paella. This dish took so long to arrive I was beginning to think I needed to pass a series of tests just to earn it. But oh was it worth the wait! The flavors were so divine it almost felt like I had finally made it to the Offshore. Now I ordered a sampler appetizer but like a contestant who didn't pass the Shell Room it never made it to my table. I guess not everyone makes it through the Process huh? The decor is as chaotic as the Inland there's no discernible theme unless "random assortment of whatever was left in the warehouse" counts. Still it has its own quirky charm, like an attempt to merge Offshore luxury with Inland grit. My waitress was alright definitely not a Michele more like a Rafael: decent but occasionally questionable in their approach. Despite the wait and the missing appetizer, the paella was such a triumph, I might just risk another round of the Process to try more dishes. So, if you’re willing to test your patience and overlook a few hiccups, you might find this place to be your own little slice of Offshore paradise.
