The first time I dined here the overall experience was mediocre. The staff seemed to struggle managing multiple parties and we nearly sat through our entire meal before being offered refills. But everyplace has to start somewhere and I was willing to give them a few shots.
I have ordered the lobster several times in hopes that they got it right at least once but, it was always overcooked and stuck to shell or the meat crumbles into shreds trying to remove it.
The special sauce is missing something or there are too many competitors doing the same thing and this place and their sauce is nothing to phone home about.
After the way the last visit ended I wonāt be returning.
The waitress submitted our order incorrectly and was very rude about the mix up. She argued āI know I always read my orders back and write them correctly...ā but more importantly she offered no resolution.
A manager came to the table and initially he offered to charge us half price for a separate order of the items that weren't included in the platter the waiter ordered. It was my moms birthday, so we hesitantly agreed in effort to enjoy the rest of the evening.
Shortly after, I noticed a hair in the platter (it was clearly no hair from any of our attending parties) and it was brought to our waiters attention, she went and got the manager once again and ultimately we were offered 10% off the entire bill for the evening.
I was disgusted and I didnāt want to eat anything anymore but I paid my bill. Nasty customer service, nasty health and sanitation practices. Save your money...

I was solo on this first visit, without my Fab One, so I kept it simple. Leaving something to look forward to for our next visit. (Especially based on other reviews. Crab! Crab! Crab!)
Be aware, the focus on the Cajun part of their name is SEAFOOD. Crabs of all kinds. Mussels, Shrimp, Lobster, Scallops, Clams. No Jambalaya, no Gumbo. But it appears as though they nailed the seafood part!
I started out with that classic New England Clam Chowder. It was served in a foam cup, I would have preferred no foam, but hey. The consistency of the soup was thinner than I'm used to, about like a broth. The best clam chowders I've had are a heavy, creamy potato and clam filled mix. I will say there was an abundance of clam flavor in this soup.
I followed this with a simple order of Coconut Shrimp. I got 8 shrimp for just $8.95 and they were absolutely delicious. Plenty of coconut crunch and sweet shrimp yum! I'd definitely order these again.
Evan was my server. He was very polite, called me Boss. LOL He made me feel like a valued customer.
As I walked around to leave I saw a whole lot of finger licking seafood picking going on! Tables topped with mounds of crab, shrimp, mussels in a traditional boil style with corn and potatoes. The aromas were intoxicating...

The man I think was name Franky brought us our drinks. Me and my friend and I didnāt like the way the drink tasted. So we ask for some different. Franky came over to us and said nobody never said they didnāt like my drinks. And which we replied.we didnāt like them. And can we just have a strawberry daiquiri. At this point franky start get all high strong like he couldnāt believe we didnāt like them the way our drinks tasted.He struggled his shoulders and said nobody has ever told him his drinks werenāt good. So instead of going back and forward in the restaurant, around other customers. I simply just said can we just have two soft drinks instead. Franky was like yes I think thatās better because I make my drink different. And walk away. I just felt uncomfortable with the whole conversation. Never had I been to an restaurant and the bartender didnāt try to even help fix it. But rather do nothing at all. And then said to me as I was leaving. Next time Iāll have somebody else fix your drinks not me okay. Lol and the guy works in customer service. But decided not to even ask us is there any thing I could add or do Differently to the drinks but kept asking was it that we didnāt like about the drinks and said he donāt understand and being nasty about it when we told him it just tasted different and it was okay .but he folded his hands and made it a really big deal .but instead of apologizing and...
