Online ordering was ok. Never have a delivery time or estimate delivery time. Nor could I see where the driver was. Took over an hour and 30 minutes to receive the food and when I called about a refund before the food arrived the manager was not compliant with the first manager I spoke with about the refund. Then when the food was delivered as I hung up the phone the manager called me back with a VERY rude attitude telling me how she already spoke with the driver that the food was already delivered. And telling me how I should know better about delivery times. Mind you the food arrived when I hung up the first time and it was not even a minute later when the store called me back. Terrible and rude customer service. All I wanted was a refund after waiting over an hour and 30...

Tonight. My husband called in an order. In that order we asked for the Chicken Curry Fried rice. We got curry chicken with a side of rice. This is for me. So he had no idea till he got home. We called and explained the error. Which, let's be real. Happens! We were fine but mostly just wanted what we ordered or the money back. The lady told us to come back and bring the wrong food with you we will fix it. It's now 920 at this point. We ask are you sure? ( they close in 10mins) she insisted. My husband drove back to the store....and the lights were all off. No one answered the phone. And no one was answering the door. They could have just told us to come back another day? Refund? This place when you are a regular customer they should know what you order I place orders all the time at my job with my coworkers and for my house I placed an order and I said like I always for fried rice with no veggies and has always come with the meat. I receive plain rice not even the egg that should have according to them proceed to call and the manager answers the phone instead of explaining it properly the difference according to him that didn’t took my order and say oh mam the rice should of being house rice which I didn’t know the difference because I have always order the same way. He yells and then tells you you was recorded. Which is against the law not telling the customer that the call is...
