I wish some things were not overpriced but for the most part I'm grateful they are close by in the neighborhood and have seasonal plants there and fresh produce. Good quality, fresh food. I just wish they would carry more natural, organic and affordable products like Trader Joe's. They charge an extra $1-2 for their fresh clean food organic products and make them not affordable. And they have a very small selection of corn syrup free products such as no toxic free ice creams options. Update: I'm adding another star ⭐✨. Went in again. Accidentally broke a beverage large glass bottle. It fell out of my small cart when I went over s bump. Ran back in and one of the supervisors I'm assuming told me to just go get another one. There were a lot of things on sale. Buy one get one free. Half of what I needed was basically 50% off so it actually brought the groceries down to the low prices that I pay for in other, usually more affordable places. So, I guess it helped! Grateful they are in the neighborhood where there aren't any grocery store within 5-7 each way we drive. Thank you for everyone being kind and easy-going.

I have a Wal-Mart and an Aldi's near me. However, I choose personally to shop here. I love the good deal's they have plus their employees are super friendly and helpful. One time(hopefully the last time), I accidentally dropped my wallet and they ran to me to return it back. The store is very clean and well kept up with. Fresh produce and always in stock of everything. Shop here, you won't be disappointed! UPDATE: Today's experience was not quite the same. Management had poor customer service and more of a frown with an attitude that was very obvious. We saw the manager more than 4 times, never greeted us or asked if we needed help? From a 5 to 3🌟

Food Lion located at 1918 Mt Gallant Rd, Rock Hill, SC 29732 is a great Food Lion! Well stocked, very nicely designed / laid out. Great fresh produce section in its own cooler room. Meats also are very good! Prices are lower than basically all the other food chains - tremendous values here! Follow me on Google maps and or YouTube. I have over 35 Million views, and get over 150,000 (to 200K) views daily. Music Producer/Clarinetist of works including the John Williams Clarinet Concerto with the Composer Directing.

My wife left her wallet at the store and stopped on her way home to get gas. We live on the other side of town near Northwestern HS. She immediately called back and got customer service. It was 5pm and traffic on Celanese Rd was horrible of course. She explained she was on her way and stated that the wallet was either at the checkout or in the middle cart return corral in the parking lot. She asked if an employee could go outside and see if it was there. Of course she was panicked as who wants there wallet stolen and to have to cancel and replace credit cards. The customer service person said, "Mam, we are extremely busy. I don't have anyone I can send out to look for your wallet!" Nice customer service!!!!! She got there and an employee bringing carts back to the store had found the wallet and turned it in. My wife was relieved and even gave the girl $10 reward. Now let's talk about the POS customer service person. At Publix the response would have been different....several employees would immediately have been sent to check the parking lot...hell the manager probably would have gone personally. That's why we are no longer a Food Lion shoppers! Wonder if they are still spraying the chicken...

I had the most horrible experience there. I was in self checkout and asked the young boy to help me ring up ribs. Next thing you foodlion employees (5) surrounded where we were at. That got my anxiety going. Before I'm even done with my first order they approached us about paying for other stuff in the cart, which was a separate order. They made me feel so small. I felt demeaned and judged. I felt I was being accused of stealing. Mind you, I didn't even walk away from the register. I was so embarrassed I almost started crying right there(i did cry all the way home). I didn't even want to finish my purchase, but I did while holding tears of embarrassment back. They can check the video out as my proof. Hopefully, they will hold on to it for this discrimination /defamation case. I always have 2 or more orders when I go to self checkout. I organize my stuff accordingly to where it's going while checking out . This helps me get them in bigger bags I have in the car, so when I get home it's easier to bring in or to drop where...
