Market Place At Rockaway — Attraction in Rockaway Township

Walmart at this plaza is awful. The people that work in the store are rude. You ask for help from someone on the floor they tell you wait a minute I'm busy or they walk away tell you they'll be right back and never come back. We are physically disabled and had to wait an hour for a disability scooter.They only have 2 working ones in their store, the other one has been broken for 5 months sitting there with an out of order sign.when we ask why we have to go through this their manager Mike said " Because you people don't know how to drive them " I guess when he referred to us as "you people" , that is what he calls the shoppers with physical disabilities. 🤷. My elderly mother who could barely hold herself up on her walker anymore after waiting so Long for a disability scooter was nearly crying and the same manager named , Mike told her she shouldn't stand in the way of the doors inside because she was blocking the entrance even though she was off to the side by courtesy desk., then he told us maybe we shouldn't come there and to shop online instead.RUDE ,RUDE,RUDE !!! THIS MAN HAS NO BUSINESS DEALING WITH CUSTOMERS , HE MADE US FEEL LIKE UNWANTED TRASH . MY MOM WAS SHAKING & CRYING WHEN WE LEFT THE ROCKAWAY WALMART AND WE WILL NEVER SHOP THERE AGAIN. OH ALMOST FORGOT, IF YOU GO THERE BRING AN OXYGEN TANK BECAUSE THE EMPLOYEES SMOKE CIGARETTES BY THE FRONT ENTRANCE AND YOU...

I just visited and I was really disappointed two kids were playing and bumped into me and I ended in the floor, hurting my knee and nobody help me, no employee around. A lady went looking for an employee and she didnt care at all, only worried about finding out if it was something in the foor. When she informed her that a kid playing bumped into me,and I ended in the floor. She said thank God. It is really a shame. I'm thinking to talk to a lawyer they don't have signs related of family to control their kids. It's a shame for the managers...

About 3 years on this location. I have to say for the first time I feel so confortable with the newest staffs. So welcoming and always smiling ans answering questions.. the BEST trainer they had in years is Sneha Dutta. WAO I feel amazing working out with her. She is a truly professional and make sure each individual achieve their goals based on their needs. She is a KEEPER. Highly recommend this location, always clean and amazing...
