They put Far Left-Wing Political Rainbow Agenda posters, RIGHT where we need to get Creamers and throw our trash away. WTAF. As a Daily Panera customer, Been trying something new lately. But, Went Black Friday 2024, at 7:30. All Coffee Machines were turned off. Went again, the next day at 7:30. The entire snack/pastry shelving was already emptied. LAME. Panera, has coffee and all their pasties, till the moment they close. Gotta do better.... Can't be a gamble, to go out for a snack and coffee

I watched them make my drink in less than a minute and this is unacceptable. They put absolutely no effort. It was filled with grains, not properly mixed, and so much matcha powder that it all fell to the bottom. I order this all the time with no problem but this was literally undrinkable and just gross. The store being “crowded” is no excuse. It doesn’t matter how many people are there, please start taking the time to give people what they paid for.

This was a relatively modern location. It was near my hotel and they were quick with getting the orders out. It seems as if we made it in just before the rush started. I ordered to go because we were headed to a different place for the day. I was visiting the area so I picked up cup along with the potato bites and a medicine ball.

Been coming here for almost a year off and on because of convenience to work. The last 3-4 times have been VERY disappointing. The last few hot grandes I've gotten have so much room at the top, you'd think it's a tall. Not sure if they are pouring foam in too (this is not a cappuccino btw) and once the foam/froth goes, the drink is so low from the rim. Then yesterday, ordered a Macchiato online, got there early and watched them work, I could tell who may have been a newer worker. As we get to about 8 minutes of waiting, I see said newer worker making a cold drink, but it looks a latte since the shots are at the bottom. Once the worker is done, they then pour caramel on top and I knew that was the drink with my name on it but NOT what I ordered. I voiced my concern to that worker and one of the stronger workers stated that "the shots must've fallen through" but we both know a fresh macchiato does mix like a latte in 2.5 seconds. I was offered a new one I think, but after multiple frustrations with this location, I zoned out and left with the drink. I also find it very upsetting that the cold drink lids did not fit any of the cups yesterday and the one warning I did hear about it was not to me or the many other customers that received cold drinks before me, but to one customer as the worker was trying to fix the lid in front of them and said "nothing we can do about it." This may have been the only time to not fill drinks to the brim like yall are good for. My one positive is that whoever works the oven has...

This place deserves 0stars and needs to be closed or get a new manager and clean house with new employees .

Current employees are very slow.

I made a mobile order and I arrived within 10mins to pick up my drink but it was not ready yet. I had to wait an additional 30mins for a mobile order to be completed! To make matters worse, I was not the only person who ordered on mobile and waited this long. I conversed with some customers who waited just as long and they were not happy about the service.

I watched as walk in customers order and get their drink within 5mins.

I thought the purpose of mobile order was to skip the waiting and lines but that’s not the case for this location. They have it backwards.

TERRIBLE service . Would never order or step foot in this location again.

The owner of this place needs to pass on their rights to someone who can actually run a business . I’ve read so many reviews dating back to 5 years ago and it seems the slow pace and bad employees run deep in this place. There’s honestly no hope left for this location.

The owner providing me with a link to make a complaint on Starbucks.com is poor because I’d have to go through hoops just to make a proper complaint to corporate. Just like how I went through hoops to get one...

The coffee is fine. However, the issue, which seems to be common across many Starbucks locations and not just this one, is that the music is consistently WAY TOO LOUD. Every Starbucks seems to be blasting music, even though most people come to these spaces to work or study. The volume is so high that even wearing headphones isn't sufficient—I have to blast my headphones just to drown out the overly loud music playing at Starbucks. I doubt the employees enjoy it either. The music is louder in Starbucks than in my gym.

It doesn’t make sense; it’s not even the kind of subtle background music you’d expect in a café—it’s loud pop or techno music. What’s the purpose of this? Are we supposed to feel like we’re at a rave inside a Starbucks? It's already chaotic enough trying to work in a Starbucks, with people constantly coming in for online orders, and now we have to endure this psychological warfare. Music, if played at all, should be quiet and in the background. Many other coffee shops either play no music or keep it at a low,...
