I came here for the first time because I've been hearing all of the hype of portion sizes with the price. So I came here, ordered my bowl. When I get to the payment part, I've told the lady that I have rewards for free chips and queso. It beeped and she told me the price. Cool, I left to a table but realized I don't have my chips and queso. Saw it got busy, so I've thought let me wait till it slows down a bit then tell them about it. I've talked with the lady who haves black hair, glasses, and blue shirt about it. She then told me that I should've put the rewards when I've ordered it. I've told her I did, but didn't received it. I was chillin because I've worked at fast food before and sometimes it happens. Then I'm assuming manager or boss came where I've been told to scan. The lady TOLD ME WITH AN ATTITUDE, "it didn't went through so you shouldve scanned" and something else that I don't remember. girl...I told her that she should've told me it didn't went through at the moment. Immediately asked me which type of queso I want as if she wants to end our convo. She gave me all attitude and saying as if it's my fault that it didn't went through when she should've told me in the moment because SHE LITERALLY told me the price right after so I have the right to assume it went through. Read moreCan you guys believe this? So I called Qdoba customer service to complain about extremely rude service from Alma, at Rockaway N.J.. Some items came up at the wrong price, because the sign board had the old pices (honest mistake, granted). But when i pointed out to her this was a weights and measures violation and they should at least honor whats on the price board, she became extremely beliger...ant and informed me and my wife not to return there. My wife politely explained that this type of customer service is unacceptable, and she was being very rude and practically threw the food at her. We called the 800 number for customer service,, filed a complaint, and this guy "Andy" calls me back and informs me that they did an investigation and the restaurant is claiming that I was the one being beligerant and they found no wrongdoing! So this lady is rude, lies about it and then they believe the employee and accuse the customer of lying? I ENCOURAGE ALL NOT TO GO HERE, AND ENCOURAGE YOUR FRIENDS, TOO, TO BOYCOTT THIS RIDICULOUS CHAIN! VERY BAD...

I asked the little manager lady there in the sweater why they have not bought iceberg or some other kind of lettuce for almost 2 weeks its put me off ordering my usual tacos and she was really rude to me and told me to complain to the main website about it and stomped off. Yes I am aware romaine lettuce is a problem. Why be cheap and not order iceberg, or spring mix or some spinach fresh and chop it up. Are you really that cheap you charge minimum $10 a plate almost.
