Radiant Bride — Attraction in Rocky River

If you are anywhere near the Cleveland area and are not sure where to start, you HAVE to go to Radiant Bride! Let me walk you through my experience: I started with the website, where they have an amazing selection of beautiful wedding dresses in a huge variety of styles. I fell in love with one online, so I booked an appointment in less than 5 minutes on their website (easy!). The day before, I got a reminder to confirm my appointment. I was able to text them to confirm they had the dress I wanted to try on in store, and they were very quick to reply that yes, they do have it, and yes, it is stunning! The day of, I arrived with my mom, my sister, and niece. Let me just tell you that this place is STUNNING from the second you walk in the door. We were immediately greeted warmly, introduced to my wonderful consultant Cher, and shown to our own private bridal suite with ample seating and a changing room. Cher then gave us a quick tour of the boutique, explaining which designer was on each rack and what their typical styles are. She then gave us space to explore and pick a few dresses (which quickly turned into a LOT of dresses!), but was always close by in case we had any questions. Devon was also very helpful and genuine in her love and excitement about wedding gowns. Cher immediately put me into the first dress I had fallen in love with online, and let me tell you, it was stunning. She explained ways the dress could be altered and/or customized and NEVER made me feel rushed. She gave us time to take pictures, reflect over what we did and didn't like, and pointed out details that we may not have noticed without her expert eye. As I tried on each dress, she was amazingly helpful, insightful, and supportive. She gave great advice, asked me how I felt in each one, and asked the things that I did and didn't like about each. After about five dresses she gave me her impression of what style she thought I was gravitating toward, and let me tell you - she nailed it! It was NOT the first dress I tried on (although it was a very close second), and it was honestly not even what I had pictured for myself until I got there. After getting an idea of what neckline/silhouette/details I liked, Cher went through the remaining dresses we had selected to see if I wanted to try each one on or not. She pointed out ways that each dress was similar to what I was gravitating toward or things about each dress that I had already said I didn't like. We efficiently went through the remaining dresses, trying on the ones I still wanted to see and deciding that some others were just not my style. If I even had an INKLING that I might like it, she was amazingly supportive of me trying it on. I was very self conscious about having 90 minutes for our appointment and not wanting to take up too much time, but Cher was calm, genuinely excited to be on this journey with me, and never ever made me feel like we were pressed for time. In the end, we had whittled our large selection down to three dresses. They were all so gorgeous, it felt impossible to choose! Again, making us feel like we had all the time in the world, Cher suggested I try each one on again and go out to the main floor pedestal where we could see a veil with each dress. She picked the perfect veil for each style (they were all three very different) and it made the decision so easy. Other consultants (again, shout out to Devon for being the best co-consult and also offering lots of support, praise, and advice) came by and made me feel like the most BEAUTIFUL girl in the world. Once the decision was made, Cher took my measurements and made sure all of my questions were answered. (How long it would take, alterations, etc.) It was truly an absolutely amazing experience and the entire staff goes above and beyond. I placed a deposit, Cher took my picture with the "I said yes!" sign, and I was gifted a small bottle of champagne to celebrate! Please, please, please give Radiant Bride the chance to make you feel like the most beautiful bride in the world! You will not be...

I cannot say enough about Radiant Bride! You are made to feel like the most important bride in the room the moment you walk in the door. I was immediately greeted by the amazing bridal specialists, Breanna was extra amazing as she helped me through the entire process and made it so fun and easy. First, we were walked to our own bridal suite where my mom and friends were able to make themselves comfortable while I tried on gowns. There is also a curtained changing area, a large mirror, windows, and a pedestal to stand on. Once we were settled in our suite, Breanna sent us to the floor to browse and collect as many gowns as I wanted to try on. Once I was ready to start trying them on, we went back to the bridal suite to get to it! Breanna helped me in and out of all the dresses, helped me up on to the pedestal, and helped me turn myself and the gown around to see the back in the mirror. Once I narrowed down a style I liked, she went back to the floor and selected a few more gowns she thought I would like based on the others I had picked out. She came back with 3 dresses, and one of them was THE dress! I felt like the air was pulled from my lungs when I saw myself in this dress. When she saw all of our reactions, she took me to another pedestal with a larger mirror and more natural light. There is where she had me put on a pair of heels and a veil! I was in awe of how beautiful this dress was, I was completely in love with every single detail. Breanna and Ellen quickly measured me and my dress was ordered! I went into Radiant Bride having no idea what kind of dress I even liked or wanted to try on as it was my first time trying on wedding dresses. In 90 minutes I tried on plenty of dresses, narrowed down what I did and did not like with the help of Breanna, and was able to say YES to my dream dress, without feeling rushed at all. My original appointment was July 20th, and I rescheduled it for the 6th because of the trunk special they were hosting until the 7th. My dress was from the trunk special’s collection! If I would’ve kept my original appointment, I wouldn’t have found this perfect dress. Everything fell perfectly into place thanks to Breanna and Ellen. THANK YOU RADIANT BRIDE! I do not have enough words to describe how absolutely incredible my experience was with Radiant Bride, especially with our consultant Mary Ellen. From the moment we walked through the doors, she made me and my party feel welcome and allowed us to take our time looking through all the gorgeous gowns on the floor. She was patient, knowledgeable, kind & just an overall joy to be around. She never made me feel rushed or pressured with anything I tried on, and was the ultimate hype woman with each new option. She made the experience so comfortable, fun and beyond special. She made the best recommendations as well, which brought me so much comfort to try on different styles.

We went back to Radiant Bride three times before saying yes to the dress, and each time she made the experience only better than the last. She never made me feel like I was asking to try on too much, and was truly a part of this journey from beginning to end. I cannot imagine my bridal experience without her.

I must also add that all the other wonderful women at Radiant Bride are just as lovely, and truly added to my experience. They always made an effort to pause when walking by to look at the dresses I was trying on and provided such positive feedback that made me feel great. I especially want to thank Devon for hyping me up so much, especially in the dress I said yes to!

Truly you cannot go wrong with Radiant Bride - I will forever hold onto the moments I shared here and the way I felt during this process.

Also, their selection and options available is top tier, with so many dresses to explore, there is truly something for everyone.

All in all, I adore Radiant Bride and cannot recommend it enough to all future brides looking for their perfect dress!
