After years of infertility and miscarriages I was over the moon when we finally welcomed our first daughter and my husband spoiled me with Mother’s Day gifts from here. Kate and her team over the years have put together incredible baskets and my Mother’s Day 2020 gift set was my favorite to date. Need a card for any occasion? They’ve got you covered. Need a new decoration for your home? They’ve got your covered. Want a personalized new home gift ? They’ve got you covered (I’ve done two of their cutting boards). Need a sympathy/ remembrance gift? They’ve got you covered (we purchased my mother in law a necklace with her late husbands handwriting). Need a new safe candle? They’ve got a few wonderful brands to choose from. Need a new bag ? I cannot say enough about my positive experience with this shop. Because of the amazing service coupled with the quality products, I heavily rely on this location to source most of my gifts for friends and family as well as items for myself. I am a Realtor and I purchase many of my client closing gifts here because I genuinely love seeing the excitement on my clients’ faces when receiving items form this shop. It is obvious how much attention to detail and consideration of customer’s interest the owner keeps in mind when selecting products. The owner and staff are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful when I visit. I’ve seen them go above and beyond on my behalf multiple times. I stumbled across Lovely/Babycakes in spring of 2020 when browsing local Cleveland Easter events. I am not local, and Lovely was hosting an Easter parade that year for the community because of the Covid lockdown. It was so sweet, I went on their website and bought a little gift for an Easter basket. Over a year later, two days before Christmas, I was needing a few gifts for family and I knew exactly where to go. They were so kind, wrapped and even delivered them locally for me.
