Me and my wife went in yesterday,we had a emergency Sunday,had to take our dog to the vet and he had to be put to sleep.we we're forced to use our rent money to pay vet bill so I brought in yard tools to pawn to help cover our rent. The young man who was supposed to be helping us was very inattentive,laughing and playing and talking about video games with the young lady behind counter to the point that my wife had to ask him if he was helping her.half hour later he still wasn't close to being done and we had to leave for my doctor appointment.when we returned we were told by same kid that the new weedeater I had purchased from coastal hear in town was stolen from Klamath falls and the cops were on there way!!! I am telling him that wasn't right and the girl behind the counter with him joins in that it was stolen.they didn't pull us aside to talk to us or nothing they sat there and called us thieves in front of a store full of people!!! we left to find our receipt they would not allow us to remove our property from the store.it took us a hour of running around to get the paperwork to prove that we aren't thieves and by the time we got back the police had been there and informed him that he entered the wrong serial number!!! We had two people calling us thieves,if something came up stolen isn't it common sense to double check the information entered? we had to deal with all this when we were dealing with the loss of a greatly loved family member and just needed some help.on top of that they took advantage of us in a time of need,85.00 was all they would give us on 350.00 of brand new equipment. The kids didn't even offer a real apology.what about our humiliation,the stress and running around trying to clear our name and the gas.we will never deal with them again.my wife is calling today to try to talk to owner and I hope he cares enough to make this right.at this point I am really not sure how he can.if they don't make a attempt we will be talking to a lawyer about our options.we are...

I went here to buy a saw. the store OWNER was rude to me the whole time. I went outside to start it and noticed that the chain guard was completely sheered off. upon starting it i realized it had problems. i was still willing to do business. the saw was listed 100 dollars less than what it would have cost brand new. due to the damages i thought it was not unreasonable for them to come down on the price a bit. i went in and offered what i thought was fair. the owner glared at me angrily and said ill pass, then slammed his hands on the counter in stare down mode. seems a bit of an overreaction. I was just trying to get a fair price. if he would have counter offered, i probably would have purchased it. i walked out and left the saw on the counter because i felt like he was threatening me with his eyes. as i walked out he yelled, "yeah sure ill put it away." ill be back there to get under his skin as much as i can. but their customer service rating... atrocious. bring pepper spray with you to shop in this hostile pawn...

Lots of employee's, but can't get anyone to help you.. Customer service is really poor. I went in this last Tuesday (4/6) with my Girlfriend and was interested in the coins, but couldn't get the attention of any of the 6 employee's working? They weren't even selling anything, just talking.. I stood in the pawn line, and then in the line y the guns? Then I found a gun magazine I wanted to buy, and I stood there while two employee's continued to chat with a customer, who wasn't buying anything? They woudn't even look at me or say anything? Heck' I was the only person in the shop that actually wanted to buy something? lol. I put the item back and as I was leaving, another employee standing across the room said have a nice day?...
