Tech Mayday — Local services in Roseburg

Matt Brady has been my IT guy since 2010 when I started my business. I would jokingly text him MAYDAY! MAYDAY! And he would come to the rescue. I’m a portrait photographer and he has helped with data recovery, PC customizations, and all sorts of modifications to optimize my PC for my work! He is extremely responsive, will work both onsite and remotely no matter the hour and is always the first “expert” I consult when it is time to upgrade or purchase additional software or hardware. Having moved from Los Angeles, to Salem and then to Roseburg having access to a good tech shop used be easy. Having moved to Roseburg, there aren't very many around. Having Tech Mayday near by is amazing. They assisted in diagnosing the problem I had with my recent gaming rig. They were able to identify the issue and test all my other parts to ensure the MOBO didn't fry my other components. They are nice little shop in downtown, Roseburg. We went to Tech Mayday on referral from the guys at Batteries Plus. We then hopped over to Staples and were met with a woman, after I told her it was a power issue, promptly told us it was a problem with the motherboard. She then said, I'm a tech person, not really. Knowing she had no idea whats she was speaking of, we visited Tech Mayday who immediately knew that the battery was at fault, removed it and are now running on cable alone, perfectly!!
