I have been here twice. The first experience was great. The second time was a month or so ago. This time was a less pleasant experience. The instructor did not seem excited to be there and kept checking her watch like she had somewhere else to be. The older gentleman was sitting in the back row preparing canvases for the weekend. He was complaining about how many he needed to get done.... There were two women there who are regulars. They were nice to bring snacks to share with everyone which I think was to make up for the fact that they brought a very bratty kid with them. This kid was probably 6 years old and was not participating in the painting. He was good for the first hour of the three hour session but got bored and started to act like a bored 6 year old which was very unpleasant. I do not think this should be allowed. Either pay & paint or don’t come. Period. One last thing. Their chairs are horribly uncomfortable. The most cheap flimsy fold up chairs on the planet. People are sitting here painting for Three hours at a time. While I don’t expect fancy chairs, the cheapest of the cheap are a very bad choice.

Update: I made the mistake of going back a few months ago. A friend made the reservation but we were paying separate. Apparently it was the end of the world that I wanted to pay with a debit card at the time of the painting. The woman reprimanded me like I had really inconvenienced her, and fumbled with her Ipad for a few minutes before telling me she will have to figure it out later because it was holding up the line..... she was unpleasant at best. I’m done with this establishment. Just because you are the only paint by number gig in town doesn’t mean you can be rude...

I took my son (8 y.o) to a painting class here. We had a great time. The teachers were very helpful, knowledgeable and encouraging. The class was a little long for my son ( the last 15-20 min he was starting to get tired and discouraged) but the teachers did a fantastic job at lifting him up.

We cant wait to go back (next time we will be looking into a kids class or doing a day time class so my son doesn't get too tired)

They also have take home art boxes which one of the teachers threw together real quick so we could buy one for my son to take home...

My daughter in law and myself painted back in December, we loved it. We had a blast!! Our pictures turned out great. Now Crystal is arranging a paint night for me and some out of town family members on a night she is usually closed. Can’t thank her enough for making...
