Emerald Triangle Dispensary — Attraction in Roseburg

My recent experience is the reason for the negative review. I purchased a bottom shelf ounce of flower knowing it wouldn't be the best quality. But I was disappointed when I found mold in the middle of several buds and on leaves some smaller ones too. Completely turned me off of smoking anything else in the same ounce bag. I went into the store and I was very pleased with the help I got(which is always good). I was given a direct exchange of the ounce for a different one of the same strain(which they have no obligationto do). I went outside to my vehicle and check it out. Again there was mold in the center of the buds. So I went back in to inform them that the whole batch might be compromised. Hayden assured me the mold I saw was not mold, but was "frosty from the weed and not spider webby like mold". I attempted to explain that it wasnt fully developed mold so it wasnt overwhelming the bud structure. He made a kind gesture by offering a discount on a return visit, but I dont think his judgment on the premature growth of the mold on the plant was correct. I gave them back their moldy weed that they will surely sell to someone else. I was totally fine taking a loss on the weed and the money. This dispensary was absolutely amazing and the staff are so incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about their massive array of cannabis products! We travel around a lot and the kindness and joy we experienced in this store is high up as one of our best experiences.
