I bought a vape few days back, the owner of this store Mr.Ali assisted me, started with his sweet words and tried to manipulate me by giving false information regarding the vape, I bought that vape and literally in few days a vape that has 12000 puffs as per him Mr.Ali went from 100% to 70% without using a much, he did not understand my point and keep arguing, I told this would be a defective device and he keep denying it, such a ridiculous customer service I have ever experienced in my life in Houston. I asked for the replacement and he keep denying giving false ridiculousness explanations which doesn't make sense. i am never going here again and suggest people to look for a better place too! First off, let me say I was initially excited to see a new store of this type so close to home. Unfortunately being a disabled veteran, getting all the way out of my car and coming into storefronts comes with a certain degree of difficulty. This being said, I have a small tip for the business owner. Maybe turn off your open sign when going to lunch or taking a break.
