Here is my HONEST REVIEW of this place from my personal experience with Amrit & his staff.

My husband & I were helped out by Elliot & made a purchased of an ivory L-shaped sofa with a full payment on the same day. Prop to Elliot! He was super helpful & answer all of our questions.

I received missed calls a few times from the warehouse & a text message. I called & left a voicemail, but no responses.

I text message back the delivery men that I wonât be available to return the call after 6pm because Iâm still working.
I text message the store # to let them know that I wasnât able to get a hold of their delivery men.

Delivery men left a voicemail & text message on the same day of delivery, but they couldnât get a hold of me because I was working. They still delivered my sofa...Luckily, my husband havenât left to work yet which they delivered the sofa around 12-2pm. But keep in mind my husband start work @3pm & leave the house between 2:15-2:30pm.
Delivery was fast. Our new sofa was delivered within a week. Unfortunately, the delivery men (there was 2 delivery men) broke our new sofa support bar. Was informed they will order a new replacement for the broken support bar & will be in 1-2 weeks.

I received a called from the delivery men that my replacement order came in & they will delivered on September 23rd, 2020.
I text message the warehouse/delivery # to contact my husband before they deliver the replacement to make sure someone was home as a friendly reminder.

I messaged & left a voicemail to the warehouse/delivery # that my husband or I never received a called or had our replacement order delivered. I asked, what happened & still no response.
October 4th, 2020 @4-5pm
My husband & I called the store # & asked if the store manager was in today & what was the store manager named. He told me to call on Tuesday because the manager wasnât in today & the store manager named was Amrit...He put me on hold. My husband and I walked into the store in person while still being on hold on the phone waiting patiently. Amrit answered the phone again, & I answered right in front of him. He then asked me if that was me on the phone. I told him yes. We both hung up our phone. I asked him for his named & he told me his named was Amrit. I asked him, are you the store manager. He say yes. I asked him, were you the same person I was talking to on the phone the whole entire time. He say yes. I then told him you were talking to me on the phone earlier & lied to me that the store manager wasnât in today & itâs you. He quickly makeup a lie stating the reason why he told me to called on Tuesday because he will have an answer for me by then & to talk to the store manager Amrit...He told me to follow up on October 6th, 2020 (Tuesday) & the replacement order was coming from Vietnam or China & due to COVID-19 shipment was taking longer than expected. So my husband & I kindly & patiently waited & give them a chance to correct...

FYI for anyone that doesnât read the little Microsoft Word written paper tapped at the front of the store it stated NO REFUNDS, RETURNS OR EXCHANGES! I went in and financed a sectional they originally said it was $2500. I walked out, so Elliot came out and said he would do it for $2000 out the door.I liked it and made the purchase, delivery was an additional $79.99. Later the same day the delivery drivers called to deliver. When they did they were not wearing any mask, acted like they did not have any, then just put the 2 pieces in the living room and tried to leave, I asked why they are not putting it together, they said the order didnât state to set it up. After I made a fuss and had them call their manager he told them to put it together. However, the mistake on my end was the sectional was to large for the area. So they didnât take it and told me to go back to the store the next day, which I did. They agreed to exchange the set but only for equal or greater value. I was upset of course because their show room is very small and anything that was pretty much worth equal or greater was very large and wouldnât fit they also charged me an extra $200 for the restocking and another $200 for the redelivery. Mind you it was never disclosed originally that they charged for set so when when I paid the $79.99 I figured that included the set up. Well I was wrong. I called the finance company to request a cancellation however the store wouldnât answer to discuss the situation with them so I left and decided to cool off and come back the following day. So now day 3 I went back to the store I chose a sofa love set set that they charged me $2199 for, they would not negotiate at all, which I figured they wanted to be jerks about it because it was my fault for getting the original set that was too big but really????? $2199 (set)+ 400(restock/redelivery/setup+200 in taxes. So day 1, I financed for $2000, day 3, I was forced to finance at $2800+. So whatever it is what it is, but hereâs the kicker. I was told I wouldnât have to make my first payment until April and interest would accrue until 6 months after payments start, and anything I paid before then was fine just pay them not the finance company unless it will force the payments to start, but today Saturday 1/22/22 I received email from the finance company that my first payment is due 2/4/22. I call the store some guy I never met says someone tried to cancel I think he was referring to when I put the cancellation request in the 2nd day. He said they told them I have the furniture but since there was a cancellation attempt now the payments have to start. I asked why they didnât let the finance company know the agreement that was made. He really didnât have an answer, advised me to wait until Thursday when the owner is back and discuss it with him.    Read moreGreat customer service from the main seller from the East coast. He has gave me great deals 4 times now, Iâve came back since 2017. Planned on coming back for a new couch as well. Not anymore. I purchased a dining set on 8/24/24 and went to pick it up 08/29/24. I then rushed home to put it together. It was perfect at first. Then one chair was wobbly with an uneven leg and ripped cushion. No big deal things happen. I contacted the store they then gave me Raphaelâs number. Very very professional. He says âthey will replace the chair with a new one and when it comes in I will contact you.â Chair comes in and he texts me âyou can go to the warehouse and get your chair.â I proceeded to get the chair, but when I got there two warehouse workers told me âwe can replace the leg and replace the cushion.â I said âRaphael said we would get a new chair?â He said âno we donât do that.â As he opens up another identical dining set and grabs a cushion off and drills it in and another leg. I informed him it wasnât that leg. He then remover the other leg because it was still wobbly. He then seen it was the precut leg which means Iâd have to get a new chair. After 2 hours with my wife in the car and 3 year old, I tell him âwe have to go, we didnât think this would take 2 hours.â He then for the 3rd time says âtake the chair because we have to get a new one.â I told him itâs ok âjust let me know when you get a new one.â I received a call from Raphael a week later saying âyour chair is ready to pick up sir.â He only contacted me because I called customer service and filed a complaint because it had been now 2 weeks without a complete set or chair. He acted like he didnât know what was going on and I could come get the chair. I told him I already told your bosses I was in the process of getting a refund because the dining set was defective and it was within 7 days I notified you. He then says âwe donât do returns.â I asked him âisnât it law if it was within the first 7 or 30 days?â I also told him it was defective and wasnât getting fixed. Thatâs why I didnât want it. Long story short, I had to file two complaints with the attorneyâs and DCA. They lost an almost 10 year customer over a chair which is sad.
UPDATE: I was called by someone in the store a week ago from 11/5/24 and I was asked âis everything okâ and âdid you receive your chair.â I thought the inside crew cared, they donât. He acted like he didnât know I never received it and I actually donated the whole dinner table set to a Womenâs need help shelter. So the inside is in cahoots with one another.
