I wish "0" was an option to rate this store and my experience! I went in the store yesterday and had the worst customer service experience 😒. The young white guy at the register said ABSOLUTELY NOTHING. He didn't speak, he didn't give me my total, he didn't say thank you have a nice day, nor did he hand ne my receipt. He had in airpods which was very off-putting as a cashier. When we called back up to the store and spoke with Sandy the manager , we were met with the same kind of service. She didn't want to listen and kept cutting us off when we were trying to explain our experiences. If the young man is Indeed disabled there are certain protocols in place for the job coach to assist the client. As a healthcare worker of 15 years who works directly with veterans and those of disabilities this establishment is not a good representation. I will continue to support OUR VETERANS but NOT HERE!!!! As I looked below there are many who have had the same experience. Changes need to be made at this store in OUR COMMUNITY. 🙏🏽
Secondly, in response to your ignorance... if you look 👀below🔽 MANY customers feel the same. You will not belittle my experience or my form of expression! You are clearly confused as my mother never stated that he was a racist! However, that seems to be the way you want to skew this conversation. The point is he should not be working as a cashier.IF you were a REAL manager your FIRST priority would be those of the customers. Since many have complained and he is still working there he must be a family member of yours. When I go into "normal" stores I am greeted and also the cashier tells me my total. CAN YOU IMAGINE THAT? ! Of course you cant; that's service that people will never experience at 29523 Gratiot Ave. Roseville, Michigan 48066.No worries !!!THAT WAS MY FIRST AND LAST TIME your piece of a store. And I will continue to share my experience throughout the...
Read moreWow the bar is very very low on customer service. I just purchased $100 worth of items and one was a pedestal that looked like a rock. Im fairly sure this table has more personality than the cashier. I don't care if they are doing community service, a family member or a desperation hire. Get them away from your customers. I mentioned twice about Halloween items being half off and they charged me full price.for.most of what I got even after asking that they double check. I asked what age senior discounts were for and even joked that I was glad to be just old enough to quilify. While standing g at the register I even joked woth my wife about getting g a old age discount. Before I put me credit card I also asked if they game me the discount and he say. " that starts at 4" I told him that would have been good info to include when he told me about the discount. He simple said " people do come back" I said next time a little more communication is always better for the customer. He doesnt even understand the irony in that he didnt respond to what i said about needing more...
Read moreI have been an avid thrifter for over 20 years. I have never been to a cleaner thrift store in my entire life. The store was impeccable and well laid out. It was clean, retail vibes with true thrift values. Right down to the checkout process. Easy to read price tags, smooth retail like checkout instead of old school tags and long lines and sorting. Accompanied by a very friendly, knowledgeable staff. It was an absolute game changer. Not only did I find incredible deals but I’m thoroughly impressed with someone finally streamlining the thrift process locally! But let’s get to what’s important and why I took the time to write this review. Everyone loves a bargain but for me thrifting is about giving back and helping out and recycling. I can’t think of a greater cause then taking care of our Veterans, right down to credit card processing… Veterans Thrift will be getting all my future donations and business 💗🇺🇸
Pics included of my treasures from my trip. Grand total $20. The decorative tray was...
