Chef Brulee Chocolates and Gateaux — Attraction in Roswell

I was completely blown away by the quality of the chocolates and the quality of the service.

My first visit here was humorous. I was heading home from the gym and was in a sweaty tank top. Despite my appearance the owner, Natalie, treated me like royalty. I don't mean treating me fancy but she took the time to educate me in the world of chocolate. She took pride and ownership in chocolate and the story behind each one. This is so refreshing in the world of worshipping money. They make chocolate because they love it.

The chocolates are quite fantastic. You can taste the cocoa in the chocolate and they are not overly sweet. At some of the other local chocolatiers they are so sweet that you can't eat more than one. The chocolates here are delicate and subtle with a variety of flavor a from raspberry orange to shoes made from pure chocolate.

Even though these chocolates are expensive they are worth it. Despite the cost they are generous with samples.

Lastly they have a nice collection of gift boxes.

This place makes all other chocolates I have had seem like cardboard. BEST chocolate I have EVER had. They are luscious, creamy, incredibly flavorful, beautifully crafted little pieces of delight. Each one is seriously a little work of art for your mouth and your eyes.

Not only was the chocolate amazing, but my family and I did the chocolate flower making class. Chef Natalya was a fantastic teacher; patient, passionate, knowledgeable, and more. We were all able to make some beautiful creations with her guidance! Furthermore, we made the flowers at lunchtime and had a visit to the Botanical Gardens and dinner planned and it was 85 degrees out! She offered to keep the flowers cool in her shop and said to call when we were headed out of town and she would come up and open the shop after hours and she did! I've walked by a couple times and considered stopping in but always kept moving. I finally did today and don't think I'll be able to ever simply walk by again.

The assortment is vast - any combination of flavors you can think of - the customer service is amazing, and the products are absolutely wonderful. The bite-sized cakes are nothing like you've had in the past, and blew my mind when I bit in. I offered to share the Vanilla Blueberry cake with my boyfriend and immediately regretted giving him the other half.
