Horrible, horrible experience. Not only were the flowers not delivered on time on the day I requested, they weren't even delivered on the day I requested. They claimed they made a delivery attempt, but were not allowed to deliver them to the room or leave them at the desk. I don't know if that is true, but, not only did they not contact me about an issue with my order, they offered no assistance whatsoever on the MULTIPLE calls I made to them to find out where the flowers were. They use some outside call service and delivery service which apparently has zero access to any information regarding the actual deliveries. All they would offer to do was send a message to the delivery company to get back to me. When I asked for the phone # for the delivery service or driver so that I could handle myself, they refused and said that I would just have to wait for someone to get back to me, which they never did on the day it was supposed to be delivered. We ended up picking up and delivering ourselves the next day. A company that supposedly provides floral DELIVERY services is completely incompetent if they can't even find out if their own flowers were ever delivered within a 24 hour period. Although I never saw them, they did provide a small upgrade to the order to make up for their blunder, and I was told it was a very high-quality arrangement. Regardless of how good it may have looked, their complete lack of customer service is more than enough for me to know I would never do business...

Northside Funeral Home used Hamilton Flowers as the primary florist for our little girl's funeral, and words truly cannot describe what a beautiful job they did. We selected a casket spray and two large floral arrangements from the funeral home, and Hamilton Flowers was the florist who filled the order. They did such a wonderful job that I actually reached out to the funeral home to see what florist they used so that I could be sure to leave a review. The flowers at the cemetery lasted a full week without wilting in 90+ degree Georgia heat. Amazing. One of the other arrangements is still beautiful indoors, almost a whole month later. I seriously cannot thank y'all enough. The flower arrangements were absolutely stunning, and they brought us joy during an impossible time. They were bright and cheerful and didn't look like "funeral flowers" (in the best way). I immediately started crying when I saw them, because they looked just like my baby. I ordered flowers via sympathy store. Ordered a beautiful spring cut flower arrangement. The order was fulfilled as a cheap and tacky basket with live plants. I was so embarrassed that I picked up the plant and walked out the back door.

The sympathy store refunded 40% of the price. I will send another arrangement of cut flowers to the home from a trusted florist.

If I wanted a plant I would have ordered a peace lily.
