PurLife Dispensary Roswell — Attraction in Roswell

I've had great experiences here in the past but this last one is ridiculous. Bought 3 vape cartridges and 2 disposable pens. Got home and all 3 cartridges were leaking. Then tried one of the pens and it tasted like burnt rubber. Called & was told they knew about the damaged cartridges and the employee (should have caught that). Said I had 3 days to bring back for refund. Came back 2 days later and requested refund. At first was told "no problem", then the manager said "you needed to return within one day". Told him my phone call (told 3 days) and he then said "I can only exchange these). He wanted to exchange my damaged/defective product for more of the same. I said I wanted cash because I didn't trust their products & was then told to leave. No refund, no exchange, he said "I'm refusing to serve you". I asked how to get my refund and he said "call corporate". I asked for the number and was told "it's on the website". For the record, there is no contact number or email for any corporate entity on their website. I called a store and the manager said they were not allowed to give that out. This is a regulated industry, but they refuse to refund/replace medical marijuana that is damaged or defective. And refuse to let you speak to anyone in authority that can help. With the huge influx of dispensaries around here you would think treating customers like this would be bad for business. I won't be back. I strongly suggest others avoid...

I’ve been to this location about 4 times and every time I have a great experience. They are very first time friendly and very knowledgeable for people who need something specific. In addition to that, they run great deals almost all the time making it a great budget friendly option too. This visit I had Dusty help me out, he was super helpful and friendly. He I told him I had seen a deal online and he immediately knew what I was talking about. This is refreshing because I’ve had a few instances at other establishments where the deals I saw online were not honored in store. I had a fantastic experience at PurLife Roswell! From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff made me feel welcomed—huge shoutout to the receptionist working the desk on April 7th in the afternoon (I believe his name was Damien). Friendly, professional, and efficient.

My budtender Joseph was exceptional. He was not only extremely knowledgeable but also took the time to really help me find the right products for my needs. I haven't tried anything yet, but the packaging and presentation—especially the prerolls—look amazing, so I'm giving a tentative 4 stars. If my experience changes once I sample them, I’ll be sure to update or leave another review.
