El Pollo Bravo — Restaurant in Roswell

*I did have the steak and not the chicken. But the steak was dry and chewy, the rice was dry and hard, the tortillas were wet and cold. The beans were really good though, and the chili sauce was nice and spicy. The service was non-existent, and it was another situation where masks were mandatory for customers, but the employees weren't wearing them. I went on vacation around March and we came across this restaurant and while there’s not much to choose from and Roswell as far as Latino cuisine I can definitely say I was impressed. I have course chose the healthier option of spinach enchiladas and was surprised when he asked me if I wanted an egg with that which is kind of strange but I went ahead and said sure.
