Noisy Water Winery (The Cellar Uncorked) — Restaurant in Ruidoso

So this spot is directly across the street from their other noisy water location. Each have their own unique things about them. This spot offers free tasting of olive oil and bread. The truffle olive oil and the Italian spices olive oil were my favorite. The wine is their “reserve” collection so they are aged longer and a little more pricey. The divine intervention was smoooooth. Ask them for an “attitude adjustment” which is a combo of their cherry port wine with one of their bubblies. Amazing customer service from Lola. She went above and beyond and almost had me joining their wine club before I snapped out of it and realized I definitely don’t drink enough wine to make it worthwhile haha. If you do, then the wine club seems like a steal. She deserves a raise. She really did make it an experience and obviously makes that place a lot of money with how good of a saleswomen she is. She also cared enough to get us water and bread so we didn’t drink to quickly which was respectable. 10/10 would recommend for wine drinkers or anyone looking for a good time. Favorite wines...

Great music, wine & gourmet olive oil. Clean & nice establishment. However service needs to be better. We went in excited for the wine tasting & both employees were apathetic. Instead of getting suggestions or information on the wines, I had to ask & all they said was “I don’t know depends what you want”. During the wine tasting, we were rushed & would only get asked what we wanted nothing else. As we barely got our second glass, a second employee approached us to ask what we wanted without no greeting, I explained we were barely tasting the second glass & she said “yea I know, what do you want”, we answered rushed. We have no complaints about the wine. But the young man waiting on us left something to be desired. When I asked for paper and pencil so we could take notes while we tasted different wines, he said we “didn’t need to”. He continuously wiped his nose and applied Chapstick. There was a restroom next door that he should have utilized. He was not too knowledge about the wines either. While we liked the wines (we bought three bottles), the young man waiting on us needs some training. A nice place like this should provide better service.
