Called to get a quote on what it would be to fix the back of my iPhone 13 Pro. I told her the color and type of model my phone was. I was told that the color was in stock and that it would be $129.99 plus tax. Got there to figure out that the wrong model was looked at and my phone color was not in stock and I could pick another color out or have it ordered.. ended up going with another color instead of my phones original color. Dropped my phone off at about 12:30 and was told it would be done by 5. About 3 hours later I was called and told that during the repair, since it was such an extensive repair, the battery was damaged and that they were going to replace it paid 100% guaranteed. About an hour after that, received another call telling me that my phone wouldn’t be done until the tomorrow afternoon, the next day due to other repairs coming in.. even though I had brought my device prior to the other repairs..?

Haven’t heard anything about 2PM the next day so I called and asked for an update. Was told it would be around 4 it would be ready. Went there at 4PM to pick it up, there was scratches all over the side and around my camera lens on back of phone, not to mention the screen protector I had on my phone that was not cracked prior to dropping it off now had a crack in the corner. My phone is always popping up a notification of an “unknown part” and when called was told that it’s not an Apple battery so it’ll pop that up and I can just swipe away to delete it.. phone is heavier than before due to the new battery I’m guessing and phone gets hot every time I use it or charge it.

Lady was very nice and sweet about everything but I would not recommend for phone repairs, due to the MANY problems I had for what I thought was a simple repair.

Only compensation I received was the covered battery replacement since they had damaged it and $50...

If I could give a 0 starts I would. I have used this facility two times never had an issue. On Wednesday the 13th I came into the location incurring about getting my son iPad repair. The screen itself was black but the iPad work you could hear it. The guy told me what it was and stated he was going to charge me $270 to repair. At first I was like okay but then I asked why so expensive it was basically the worth of the iPad. He was like the part is $150 then he stuttered and said I mean $250 and labor. I was skeptical so I decline and said I would look around. Went to a different repair shop the part actually cost $150 they charge me $170 for the full repair. This people are scamming clients it’s ridicules. I’m glad I decided not have him do my repair and get a second opinion. I will never come back to this location. I will be using Guru Pro after the dude tried to scam me at your location. A $100 is a huge up charge it’s ridicules and disrespectful.

Just in case you try to say you have not found any information saying I never been to your store, which I have back in 2021 and 2023. Here is my receipt of the repair done at the other store. If you weren’t scamming people the money would have been for your business.

Funny how you trying to say $100 is for labor and warranty. Then why lie about the price of the part. Why not say that. But you didn’t say the part cost $150. You said the part cost $250 that ridicules 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 cool story bro. Trying to justify lying...

My boyfriend and I came to get his phone screen fixed and after the screen was fixed the phone starting glitching and getting pixelated. So we called to see if u it can be replaced with their lifetime warranty that was included with replacement . Was told to go up there to fill out paperwork and so he can take a few pictures of what it was doing to get an approval from a manager.. there is no scratch or crack in his screen and hasn’t been dropped since getting it fixed. He started having these issues after the repair and was told that the manager said it wasn’t approved because the LCD was bent?? so I asked if we needed to replace the lcd but that was included in the cracked screen repair... He stated it was weird that it wasn’t cracked but I will have to buy a whole other screen replacement?This lifetime warranty is not it and I don’t get how it is our fault that the screen is glitching the way it is? Half the screen is going green now and it’s tapping things randomly.. basically wasted our money to get it fixed and the phone is basically useless.. the guy was nice but i wouldn’t recommend! They will tell u lifetime warranty but it’s not what you think it is..
