Purpose Boutique — Attraction in Ruston

I would have loved to give a 5 star review as I am a regular customer ( shopping here once a month or so) however my last visit this Saturday was not the customer service I am used to receiving. They were busy, they did not greet me at all, however I heard them welcome the next customers that came in shortly after I arrived. I scanned the racks for a good 15 minutes or so before any sales associates said a word to me. I had a question on a specific green jacket that I had to search for an associate to even ask the question. I then wanted to try on a pair of pants, for those that shop here once you get into a fitting room they normally bring you additional items to pare with what you are trying on, this did not happen. I could go into more detail. But I think this sums up my experience , oh and I had to go find the associate I asked about the green jacket if she had the answer to my question. I adore all the clothes and like I said earlier the customer service normally spot on, not sure what was going on this specific day. I did end up purchasing some gorgeous pieces without little to no help from the sales...

I was at Ruston Point with my friend to enjoy the weather and stopped in Purpose Boutique just to browse. I’ve never had a shopping experience this amazing before. From the moment I walked in, Hannah greeted me and asked what the occasion was. I let her know I was graduating with my associates in a few days and taking a celebratory vacation afterwards. Hannah immediately jumped into action, picking out outfits for both occasions. Once she got a feel for my style, she set me up in a dressing room and continued to bring me different things to try on - including shoes for so I could see it all out together. She was eager to see every fit!! When something looked great - she told me! If an outfit wasn’t for me - she also told me! I could tell Hannah wanted me to choose what I felt the most beautiful in and was excited to help me make that decision. I felt so cared for and this experience made me look forward to my graduation even more! I will definitely be going back for Hannah’s help styling...

I have been shopping at Purpose Boutique in Tacoma since it opened. I have been every size over the years that I have shopped at Purpose and it has been my go to place through it all! I love the personal attention I get at Purpose! It’s always like a party and they will give me feedback on outfits for hours 😂. Seriously though! I am a slow decider and I like to be very thorough and make sure I have tried every single thing on that could possibly look good on me. They are so patient and helpful! I love the styles and quality pieces they stock the store with and they carry a nice variety as well. Many of my friends have become customers there because I always tell them to check it out! They are so supportive of their clients and it really is like having a little fashion family! One time after having surgery, flowers showed up at my door and guess who they were from? Purpose! They remembered I had said I was having surgery! Woah! Thank you Purpose for always being so accommodating...
