Bobaholic Cafe Point Ruston — Restaurant in Ruston

I've been working my way through the drink menu here, & to be honest I've never had a bad drink. Some were more to my taste than others, but nothing that I'd be unwilling to recommend to someone.

I decided to try one of their savory croffles today, so I went with the Chicken & Bacon croffle with white sauce. It was extremely tasty & hit the spot perfectly. It was a well seasoned chicken Alfredo on a tender croissant, exactly what I was craving but didn't know I was craving it until I was already half way done eating.

As far as drinks go, my favorites are the Brown Sugar Creme Brulee Boba & the Thai Tea w/ Salted Caramel Cloud. The Brown Sugar Boba will satisfy even the pickiest or most extreme sweet tooth & the Thai Tea is complimented perfectly by the salted caramel cloud. Today I got a plain old Earl Grey, but they added a shot of lavender that made it exactly what I needed & a perfect compliment to the croffle.

If you are anywhere near Ruston Commons or the Waterfront Market I would highly recommend stopping in & buying a drink or three from here. They have worked hard to provide their customers with amazing drinks & in my opinion have more than succeeded. Whoever the short guy was working on Easter Sunday around 12:30pm was so incredibly rude to my partner and I. When we arrived there was no line, and we stood there for 5 minutes before he even acknowledged us. He walked by the register plenty of times, so he saw us, he just didn’t care and still didn’t say a single word. I knew I should’ve just walked away but I was really thirsty. Then he finally takes my order and is not friendly at all, doesn’t even smile, nothing. I ordered 2 Vietnamese coffees and they were horrible. They did not put any condensed milk, it just tasted like burnt coffee and milk. I went back to let him know it tasted bad and he didn’t even offer to remake it. They have the worst halo halo here! No flan as seen in the picture, not your typical halo halo and it cost $12+tax. 1 scoop of ice cream, 6 cubes of green jelly, and 20% of white crystals..
