Flora Fresh Inc. — Attraction in Sacramento

I ordered 40 bunches of red roses for my clients for Valentine’s Day, having previously trusted Floral Fresh for quality. This time, it was a massive letdown! The roses were small, closed, and frankly unpresentable—the complete opposite of what I expected.

My clients texted me expressing their disappointment and demanding refunds due to the terrible quality. When I contacted customer service, they offered excuses about bad weather affecting the roses. However, when my husband visited the store, they contradicted themselves, stating everything was fine and the size was normal.

I did a pre-order for my daughter wedding. The day that i have to pick up my order. The shop call to inform the roses that i order not available. I came to pick up the other kinds and they charged more than what they quoted. She then told me the roses will be available tomorrow. I am okay with that. I have gotten so many gorgeous flowers here! Charmaine helped me find exactly what I needed, and she had an amazing knowledge of all the flowers and plants I asked her about. They’re also very clean and sanitary during this whole pandemic. FYI wear some close toed shoes when you visit. This should be common knowledge to anyone who graduated first grade, as there are signs absolutely everywhere telling you about the policy... but I noticed some other reviewers forgot how to read?
