I ordered online and I received an email indicating they are having an assigned curbside pickup location, but when i called they refused to deliver it and they said mall is open come pick it up and ask me to come to the store. I went there and i saw a big line out side to go to the store and the mall was super crowded however i saw many employees inside just walking around and not assisting any customer. If you are not what you are promoting don't be a part of lululemon as they are issuing a curbside pickup for a cause (COVID-19), because they don't want many people come to the mall for just a pickup so the mall dont gets crowded. i give one star for the store and their RUDE customer service, Enjoy. (THIS IS THE WRITTEN EMAIL I RECEIVED FROM LULULEMON: Enter the main entrance of the parking lot off Arden Way and Heritage Lane and turn left. To your right will be the pickup area. Please park in any spot in Section 3. Once you’ve parked, call the store to let them know you’ve arrived. Make sure you have your email confirmation or a piece of government-issued ID. We’ll need to check one of them to confirm your order. We’re excited to see you too, but please stay in your vehicle! Have the trunk open to accept your order...
Read moreI am not a frequent shopper at Lululemon, but have bought pants for my husband there in the past. Yesterday I happened to go into Lululemon at the Arden Fair Mall. Ian, an employee was picking up some discarded clothes nearby, and casually asked if he could help me. He listened to me over over-explain my needs, and once I FINALLY got to the point he not only pointed me to the right direction, he helped me find the correct size, which wasn't easy. It was a Saturday, it was a busy day, but he was willing to go through the neat piles, the messy piles, he went in back...he did that without upselling, just answering my questions be willing to help. Besides that, the Store was clean, all the employees seemed to be in sync. If someone was picking something up and got pulled away, I witnessed another employee fill in to fold. I have worked customer service in multiple instances and you can just tell when people that work together are good at helping each other out. Ian seemed to be genuine and honestly knew what I was asking and really gave me good advice on the products. But it was really apparent that the staff were willing to all...
Read moreI had a horrible experience at Lululemon today. Every associate (except Sophia who was decent) I interacted with was rude and dismissive. I was mid-sentence, asking a question, when they completely cut me off to help someone else, as if I wasn’t even there. It was disrespectful and made me feel like my business didn’t matter.
From the moment I walked in, I was looked up and down in a condescending way, like I didn’t belong. I was wearing an abdominal binder due to a hernia and have Ehlers-Danlos Syndrome, and I could feel the judgment from the staff. The woman in the fitting room with long curly hair was especially snotty and rude—I felt like I was an inconvenience just for wanting to shop there. The whole store felt like a clique, where only certain customers were acknowledged while others were ignored.
I expect better customer service from a brand at this price point, but after today, I don’t even want to spend my money here. If you’re shopping at this location, be prepared to be treated...
