Staff: I have not once EVER had a bad experience with the staff here. They are always welcoming, kind, and more than happy to share information about products with you. They always take their time and explain about the product, and listen to you. I have some skin issues, and every time when I asked about a certain concern they carefully picked out the perfect product for me.
The Sanitary aspects of the store: I love how they offer washing areas after touching or testing some products. During COVID-19 (and till now) they are requesting everyone who enters must sanitize with sanitizer provided by them. I am happy knowing that everyone around me who entered has sanitized their hands. The store is always clean, and never dirty, from the shelves to the floor, and all around.
Products: The ingredients used in Lush products are generally organic, or natural. They are so great for your skin, each one is nowhere harmful or irritating! My mother has eczema, and dry skin. Her skin gets irritated quick, and she can't use any skin products unless it's all natural and has no chemical fragrances in it. Lush never irritates her skin, and with the oatmeal products she gets from there it calms her eczema down. The fragrance in Lush's products are also made from natural essential oils. If you're worried about some ingredients, or have specific needs definitely ask the staff about your concerns.

Read moreWhen visiting the area on 2/8/24, we came to Lush to pick up a few things as we no longer live close by. When inside, we noticed the calm bath bars price had gone up to $18. Super disappointed, mainly with all the black wax that makes a HUGE mess and a waste of the bar. Joseph asked if we needed help. We asked about the calm bath bar having an option to not have the black wax on the bar. We explained how it helps our 2yr relax for bed, but the wax is super messy, and how scrubbing it out the textured floor of the tub was an extreme pain. I even told him how last time I heated up the wax with the hair dryer just to remove it, lol. He said he would send the feedback to the team and went out of his way to find us other options that would also work. I was so grateful that he went above and beyond to help us find something as close to the calm bar as possible. The sleepy bars bubbled up, and the smell was great, just like Joseph said! He even showed us the new sleepy bar of soap! It smells amazing! Joseph also talked about the option of shopping online and it shipping right to us. Overall, Joseph was fantastic and very much appreciated! Joseph if you see this, thank you for caring and helping us out! I hope you get a raise as you deserve it for going the extra mile...

My mom and I were in town for a doctors appointment yesterday and decided to go to Lush to pick up some bath bombs since we don’t have one in our hometown. My sweet mom, on a fixed income due to disability, wanted to buy my sister a present for watching her dog overnight for her. Unfortunately, right after she bought the shampoo and conditioner bars, she left her bag in a bathroom stall and it was stolen within 5 minutes. After checking with security we made our way back to Lush to see if it was turned in, and to buy it again if not. When we touched based with the employees at Lush we found out that it had not been turned in to our dismay. What happened next turned my little black heart gold. The employees were SO kind to me and my mom and did what they could to make up for it, even though it was our mistake and not there’s. They treated us with such kindness and compassion I literally teared up in the store.
These are beautiful human beings and they deserve a giant raise. THIS is what makes a company great. P.S. They worked yesterday...
