Panda Express — Restaurant in Sacramento

Come on, why do I not like this place. Of course I should as it is simple Chinese food. However I find too much MSG or something equivalent that makes everything taste salty. The beef (steak) with string beans was over cooked, yeah I know the regulations on undercooked meat but really why torture it. I asked for rice and the young lady seemed disconcerted and loaded up friend rice instead of asked my my preference which was white rice however I figured give a try. It was ok but I have had better in Thailand and Laos. But that is not China so who knows.

Back to my server/cashier. Why work in a service industry dealing with the public if you can not be more receptive, attentive and personal? I have over 35 years in owning 7 gas stations and found you can train friendly, you must hire those who are and this lady has no right to be serving the public.

Bottom line, Panda may have gotten too big for they have lost their good service and quality control at...

Had the worst customer experience here!! The workers were rude and had nasty attitudes. My boyfriend asked for extra orange chicken and instead of just simply saying no, the woman rudely replied with “one scoop only” (which is totally understandable), but then went ahead and put ONE piece of chicken on his plate.
