This place would be so much better if they actually cared about who they hired and if they implemented no phone and stricter rules as well. I waited almost 30+ minutes for my meal, which I ordered the kids meal. The family that I was with had their food and was finished before mine was, and they ordered from another food court location. The food was not great either. Another customer and others waited for over 30+ minutes for theirs too. They are understaff. One cashier, two sushi prep person, one person calling out orders, another one just socializing with one of the individuals making sushi, and saw another lady come out and looked but didn't even assist with the register. You can tell the owner doesn’t want to spend money on making their customer happy. I asked for a larger cup of water and was told they aren’t allowed to give anyone a medium sized cup. If they’re worried about paying for a 15¢ cup they should’ve just said that. I’ve would’ve paid an additional 15¢ for the cup.
