Within an hour or two after the review, the store called me to schedule a delivery of the item. So clearly the item was in their warehouse and someone really dropped the ball on fulfilling the order. Would have been nice, by way of apology, they gave me a small discount like one months payment off to restore my trust, but that's ok. I'll shop again at RC Willey. In fact, I was there yesterday. But for now I'm still not buying anything that isn't in stock to avoid this problem again.
I have been shopping at RC Willey, for about 20 years and have an account with them for at least 15 years. In the past, I've absolutely loved the store and customer service until now. I bought a washer machine on October 5th, and was told it would take 2 weeks to get the washer pedestal for the unit from the manufacturer. One month later, I have not heard from RC Willey. I contacted the sales rep to ask for a status update. The rep replied back and said he will inquire with the manufacturer then get back to me. A week later, I still have not heard from the sales rep. Very disappointed. I could have purchased the same product from Lowes and had it delivered already because it was in stock. I chose to purchase it from RC Willey because they said it would only take two weeks to get the product from the manufacturer and RC Willey was so great in the past it would be worth the wait. Thats definitely in the past. I will not be loyal to RC Willey in the future. In the future, if I shop here at all, I will not buy products that are not available in their warehouse at the time of purchase. Clearly it's impossible to get answers or timely delivery of purchased products from this store. I work too hard for my money, and things are too expensive to not even get a response on when I can expect an item I purchase. It's...

I was greeted when I walked in and while wandering through its vastness, several salespeople asked if I needed anything but NEVER in a pushy way (I didn't get cornered nor was I afraid to make eye contact), each treated me with respect and kindness. When I told Ken Fraser that I was looking for a smaller size couch, he directed me to an area that fitted my needs. He explained the layout, how pieces were priced, and suggested a nearby space to explore as well. I never felt hounded or rushed, and he left me to browse at my own pace. I was able to really shop without any pressure and felt comfortable asking Ken questions. The store is immaculate, has more variety than anywhere else I know, and was so light and inviting I might just move in! Once I had narrowed down my choices, I asked Ken even more questions and he respectfully answered even the silly ones! Ken explained the delivery process in detail, escorted me to the cashier area and payment was a simple process. As I was leaving the store I spoke to the greeter for a few minutes; she was a joy to talk to as well. The atmosphere, the friendly (and NOT PUSHY) staff, and the huge selection of inventory has made RC Willey MY furniture store for life. My sincere thanks to Ken for paying close attention to what I needed, directing me to a number of choices, for listening to me, making sure I was comfortable spending as much time as I needed to decide what I wanted, and making the entire process a pleasure. Read moreMy wife and I were at rc Willey on Saturday 11/9/24. We were kinda of in the market for a fridge. We went into the clearance center and just looking around found one that would suit our needs. While in the clearance center looking at said fridge the sales man comes up and says I can give you 10% off the price if you want this unit. So my and I spoke and decided it was worth talking numbers with the sales man. we all three started looking closer at the fridge. He pointed out dents and dings. No problem for me it’s a fridge. Then he points out there was a missing door bin. And said more than once we can order it or find one in another fridge. “Or if it doesn’t bother you I can just give you the cost off of the fridge “ I said yeah let’s see if you have one then we can talk. He proceeded to look in inventory and tell us I don’t have one in stock. Then he proceeded to look the price up. I said no big deal you don’t have to order it just give us the amount off ($70+ for a door bin ). So I pressed him to keep to his word and he kept saying the 10% off is compensation enough. I disagreed because he said 10% before discovering the missing bin. So to wrap this up it left a very bad taste in my mouth how he was trying to back out of a promise he made.
