Sandy's Imports — Attraction in Sacramento

Heads up I’m writing this review from mine and my husbands joint email account: Ordered 4 Jars of Nescafé Ice from them off of the TikTok shop and I’m honestly really impressed with how fast my ordered got here despite them being a little behind with their shipping orders. However they pulled through and got my ordered to me as fast as they can. They wrapped everything up perfectly as well so nothing was damaged. Loved how they had promos on TikTok shop as well for the coffee so I got four for the price of one. When I called them last Wednesday to check order status the employees were super friendly and helpful. Will definitely buy from them again!. Did not disappoint. I live in Texas and we have Mexican candy stores and Mexican mom and pop stores but we have nothing like Sandy’s imports so I definitely will be ordering from them again...

I do not usually post negative reviews ever. But this was the worst I had!!

Worst customer service ever! Ordered from them and did not receive any email after 2 weeks. Emailed them couple of times asking for updates and told me they are out of stock of an item I ordered and that it'll be delivered the following week. Got an email April 23rd of a tracking number but after 2 weeks, tracking page says the same thing "label created". emailed them a lot of times, no response until today where they REFUNDED MY ORDER BECAUSE THEY DO NOT HAVE MY ITEMS IN STOCK and THAT THEY HAVE BEEN "TRYING TO REACH ME" WHICH THEY HAVEN'T SINCE I DID NOT RECEIVE ANY EMAIL FROM THEM. THEY COULD HAVE REFUNDED ME THAT THE FIRST TIME I ORDERED FROM THEM. but they had to wait this long. and why did they send me a tracking number if they do not...

Beautiful store and idea. We’ve been looking forward to coming here for months.Buyer beware. A lot of stuff has no price labels, receipt shows decoration for everything. I used to do price labeling for much smaller items so it’s definitely not impossible. See picture, top cups are $5 and bottom are $12.99, and only they know how much the stuff is around it. Cannot verify any of the pricing , 14 items over $100, we got 1 mug, 1 cup, 1 spoon holder, one keychain, some small “3.99”candies that all rang up differently ,and a foosball board(they do not have any balls and have no clue where to get them either. Thankfully we found a couple of bouncy balls at home) IG videos brought us in, but in person vibe was completely different, maybe we just caught them on a bad day.
