So I have had the worst experience during this pandemic ever. Well third, waited outside the store in the mall and waited to go in. After a minute or so I went in the store was not crowded it was two employees myself and my family. They had their masks on. Due to a medical condition I am not able to wear a mask. The young lady that I assumed was a manager made a b line for me to inform me that I am required to wear a mask, I kindly stated that I have a medical condition. Her reply was “well it is corporate policy” and was told I had to leave. My family asked why to the other employee that was their and this young lady again very rudely stated that “other states still have mask orders” however our state was just informed that the mask mandate was an over reach by our governor. Will not be giving any more money to FYE corporate anymore. Walked about 200 ft to Spencer’s and they let me in with no problem. Either way this is the third worse experience dealing with this...
Read moreI wish i could write a good review for the employee that didn't try to sign me up for this BS rewards program scam. I had to go in the next day to buy the right gift for my brother and the cashier is asking for my phone number and drivers license.. i tried asking why that's necessary cause the good employee didnt ask me for that and he said its just for a 10% off rewards benefit... i just thought it was a free rewards program like most stores have but the email i got when i got home said i was in a trial subscription for this service and would be charged after a month.. i didnt sign up nor give them my card but sources online said they use your card from when you make your in store purchase... i couldnt cancel cause they said my member number couldnt be found but that appears to be a common oddity. I played it safe and got a new card number. I was dumb for playing along with it, but I have never had this issue anywhere...

But we made a purchase last month and the worker asked for our email, without stating AT ALL that it was for a paid monthly subscription. We had no time to think as the worker there did nothing but try to get us to buy every flavor of the new peelable gummies, while filling out our info. A month later I see the charge for the subscription on my statement, but have absolutely no access to an account with the emails we would’ve gave them. When I call the store to tell them I did not approve signing up for a subscription and I have no access to cancel the account, they tell me “we would’ve told you repeatedly and you would’ve had to sign multiple different times for it and you received a brochures in your bag” which is all completely false.
