KFC — Restaurant in Saginaw Charter Township

I've been in the food industry for over 20 years, and I've never wrote or complained about my food. This KFC is going down hill. I used to get great food and service up into two years ago when they didnt didn't have chicken ready. I was in no rush, so I asked them how long. They told me 25 minutes. Well 45 minutes went by and I asked them again how much longer. Again they told me 25 minutes. I sat down and waited a additional 25 minutes. I actually put a timer on my phone just to make sure it was 25 minutes. When the buzzer went off, I walked to the counter and asked if the food was ready. They told me 15 more minutes. At this point I just asked for my money back. Bad experience happen every once on a while, and I was understanding. Today, I went through the drive thru approximately around 830. They asked me to pull up by the trash can. 15 minutes went by, no big deal. A few minutes later they approached my car with food. I checked to make sure the food was correct. It was not. They gave me coleslaw instead of macaroni. Not a big deal. Went in and they corrected the issue. My mistake was not checking how the food looked until I got home. The chicken was brunt. It seemed like they dropped old chicken in the fryer to make it warm. The biscuits were hard as a rock. Like I was banging them against a table and it didn't even break. I tried to call the store afterwards, and no one picked up. I don't want anything for free, but I did just waste $32 on inedible food. I am using this post make sure it doesn't happen to anyone else. I have been coming to this restaurant for quite some time. I honestly preferred it over others. Today I decided to stop in for the first time in MONTHS. Upon entering the building, it was so hot and humid. There were empty tables with chicken on it and cups sitting out on the counter with no other customers in sight. Along with wrappers and receipts laying across the counter. The floors were sticky and looked dirty. I got to the counter and waited for about 5 minutes before I was acknowledged. The lady that helped me seemed very nice. I was notified some food items were not available. I placed My order and was handed some cups. Went to fill up and there was no ice. A passing employee said, "oh yeah, we don't have ice" which would have been nice to know prior to placing my order. I'm not a fan of warm beverages. My son and I opted to throw our drinks out. Went back to the counter, after waiting a decent amount of time we received our items. Upon looking in the bags items had just been tossed in, they didn't care if food was leaking or falling out in to the bag. As long as it was in the bag. I noticed I was missing some items. So I waited to be noticed and no one came. I finally had to yell out "EXCUSE ME MAY I GET SOME HELP?" Then an employee told another employee who told another employee that i needed help and I THEN was helped. I'm not sure what has happened to this establishment. I used to love it. Now? I'm disgusting at the restaurant's appearance and the lack of care admitting from the employees. I will not...

I work nearby and had called earlier in the day to inquire about how to place a take out order and was told to call or order on line when I wanted to pick it up. Well I got out of work and wanted to order a take out since I wasn't driving and couldn't go thru the drive thru. I tried three times, first time I was hung up on, second time no one would answer, third time I got a loud squealing like a fax #. So I decided I would stop in person and order on my way walking. I got there and not one customer just me, I stood at the counter a few minutes while two young men in the back just stood and looked at me. (This is at 3:00 in the afternoon) Finally a young lady comes from out back and takes my order, I told her about the phone thing and and she just looked at me and said "what can I get you" I order, pay then as she is walking away says "sorry about the phone thing". I watch the young guys pull the two chicken pieces out of the warmer and throw my sandwiches together puts them in a bag walks up to the counter and literally drops it on the counter and walks away with out even a word. Now mind you they weren't even busy or distracted I was the only customer there, nobody even in the drive through! Very rude, and when I got home the chicken was very dry and tasted terrible! Never again will I go and am telling all my friends about...
