This charming museum is a true hidden gem, offering a fascinating glimpse into the rich history and unique culture of the Frenchtown neighborhood. From the moment I stepped inside, I felt transported back in time. The exhibits are thoughtfully curated, showcasing a wonderful collection of artifacts, photographs, and personal stories that truly bring the past to life. I particularly enjoyed learning about the early residents and the enduring legacy of this historic district. It's clear that a great deal of care and dedication has gone into preserving and presenting Frenchtown's heritage. Whether you're a history buff, a local looking to deepen your understanding of St. Charles, or simply seeking an engaging and educational experience, the Frenchtown Heritage Museum is an absolute must-visit. I left with a newfound appreciation for this special part of St. Charles and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area! And it is co-located within Good...

Very well done small museum in the “French Town” district of St. Charles, MO. Extremely knowledgeable and friendly staff who actually gave us an informal, very informative, tour of the place. This is a grass roots, local community museum that recalls the old fire house over the years. It exists in the shadow of St. Charles, while it is in its own right an interesting attraction.
