French Town Antique Mall — Local services in Saint Charles

Horrible experience. Came in to look for items I collect. I kept to myself. They asked if i needed any help when I said what I was collecting. They began insulting me as a customer. Saying i am not smart enough bc im not old. I do not know everything but I do know that there is more than 1 type of uranium glass. To be insulted when I was, I repeat, "WAS" going to buy something. I didnt even finish shopping and looking because of a male selling from the far back left booth. Don't give this man any of your money. I've never just been insulted for shopping for my collection before. I didnt ask for good customer service so why did I receive bad customer service. I didn't want anything other than to mind my own business and shop. I will never be back i'll shop elsewhere in st. Charles. Stoped there today and check them out had a very bad experience and item was priced $65 marked down to $35 the cashier question it called the both owner he said that's not correct that somebody must have changed the price even though the $35 price have initials underneath the price. Booth also had 25% off and everything. The booth owner was willing to sell it to us for the price of 48.50. That would have been the price 25% off of the original $65. Seems to me like they're running a dishonest business when you have an item marked for $35 and not willing to sell it for that and raising the price it just looks very very suspicious. Buyer beware. I don't know why they felt they did not have to honor the price that was marked. We will not go back to this . I gave them one star because I didn't know of any other way to give them no stars.
