First things first THIS PLACE IS AMAZING!!!!!!!!!! I couldn't be more happier as the bride to be. Ty was so wonderful in helping me find a dress, getting me into it; and staying within my budget. I was in tear's once I found the one and had it on while she dimmed the lights and I starred into that mirror at myself. It really was the most amazing experience, and one I will not forget for a lifetime. I was so over whelmed with other places, and had terrible experiences else where, that when I came into the N 2nd street location to look for a dress. I competently felt at home and at ease. Not only did I find my size, but I felt beautiful in all of their gowns and veil's that I tried on. Ty honestly was the biggest help and I haven't a clue on how I could ever re-pay her for what she did for me that day. Really no lie, she really was a tremendous help. Thank you so much from the bottom of my heart. An thank you to a close friend of mine and Google for finding this Gem. So I put money down on my dress and when I went back to pay it off and pick it up, Claudette was there to assist me in the final process of my purchase. I tried my dress on one more time before bringing it home and Claudette was a big help at explaining the corset tie and how to properly tuck it in, once it was all tied up. She also gave me another full experience with my dress on before I took it off. I can't thank her enough as well for all her help and assisting me with finding the perfect veil to go with my beautiful wedding gown. We talked about some arrangement's I was thinking about for my bu-cay and she even taught me the place flower's together in odd number's not even; because it looks a lot better. Something I didn't even know, so thank you!!! So if your looking for a total amazing experience, see one of these sweet ladies and get into some beautiful dress's and find the One. I would recommend this place and any of their location's to friends and family, but also you who reads this review. An remember, we all have bad experience's, but it's how you deal with them as a person. See it for yourself before you judge, no matter what other's say.

TERRIBLE!!!! DO NOT STEP FOOT INTO THE DOOR!!!! I was going to order my bridesmaid dresses with this place. I picked the bridesmaid dress out that I liked and in the color red. When one of my bridesmaids went in for her measurments she was told by their staff that the color of the dresses on the chart were BROWN. I received an urgent phone call from my bridesmaid about the color and then I called into the store myself to confirm that the color is red. I thought everything was taken care of...2 days later another bridesmaid calls me and says she just went in and they have the color down as BROWN. I called again to confirm and at this point decided I am concerned with the services and do not want all of my bridesmaids to pay for dresses that are going to be the wrong color. 2 days after calling and voicing my concerns I received a call from the owner who was combative immediatley and informed me that I am in a contract and have no other choice but to order the dresses. Furthermore she stated that she is placing the order by 6pm tonight for the girls that have paid. I have 7 bridesmaids and only 5 have paid and gotten measured and when I told her to please wait she stated that she is charged an additional fee by the designer if the dresses are not ordered by 6pm tonight and that she is UNWILLING TO PAY THIS FEE SO SHE IS ORDERING the dresses that have been paid for and simply does not care. NONE of my bridesmaids were able to try anything on and they were FORCED to "guess" what size they should order and then were forced to sign a liability waiver that the size was soley their decision and that the store is not responsible. PLEASE BE LEARY OF ANY STORE THAT MAKES YOU SIGN NUMEROUS CONTRACTS IN THE FIRST PLACE....THESE CONTRACTS LOCK YOU INTO THIS SCAM OF A SERVICE AND FORCE YOU TO ORDER THROUGH THEM. You will not get any type of consolation if you are concerned or upset, just a combative owner throwing a contract in your face. NOT WORTH THE STRESS, TIME, AND MONEY LEARN FROM THE REVIEWS THIS PLACE SHOULD NOT BE DOING...

I called several days before I wanted to go in, stating that although I had already bought a dress from another Impressions store, I wanted to try the same, or a very similar, dress on in order to decide on headpieces. The lady I spoke with on the phone was very kind and stated that she would make me an appointment to come in and try on headpieces and veils. Upon arriving, I met with the lady who I spoke to on the phone, who could not have been nicer. And then the owner walked up...

She immediately asked what we were doing there, and when we told her, the response was "Oh we can't do that. If you're not buying a dress here we can't help you, you can't take someone else's appointment time." I explained that I had made an appointment in order not to "waste" the associate's time, but the owner continued to be incredibly rude. In addition, she pulled the associate who was originally helping me away for another appointment, who had shown up 45 minutes early (and was now taking MY appointment time). I finally was able to convince the owner to help me into a dress very similar to the one I had already purchased, and we began to try on accessories. After every one, the owner would comment "So this is it? This is the one you want?", and I would have to explain that no, I was still trying on and wanted to continue to try a variety of styles before making a decision. The owner, who was continuing to "help" me, made no secret of her irritation with me, and did not make any attempt to straighten the dress as I was moving around, or help learn my preferences in order to make the best decision. In the end, I was incredibly turned off by the entire store. It was certainly not the associate's fault who made the appointment, but I could not have been more disappointed in the overall experience. I had been planning on looking for other dresses as well (bridesmaids, etc.), but now plan on going elsewhere and warning everyone I know that they should not...
