HOLEY MOLEY! ordered 3 small bearings for my eliptical and they sent me the wrong size. No problem so I sent a copy of the catalog part list and pics. they wanted more pics. After going round and round I decided I just wanted to return and get my refund. That's when it started. I need to sign an RA form to get a return. I signed it and was told that I am agreeing to wait 30 days to receive my money. Well that didn't happen so I called BBB and filed a report and finally got my return less 30 %. The good news is that after paying $41.00 fort three small bearings and getting 27 back I discovered that Amazon is supplying parts. MY 41 that I spent with them for 3 bearings cost me $8.50 thru Amazon and 2 day delivery and...

Worst company by far I have ever had the misfortune of using! Came out and charged me 180.00 to basically squirt some oil on the belt and wipe the treadmill off! Two days later the treadmill wouldn't work again. He came out again and said it needed a new wiring harness( which we had already figured out) said he would have to order the part and would call when the part was in to set up another service call. That was September of 2016!!!! I have called several times and I'm told the part isn't in yet and they will call when it comes in!!!! I feel like I have been swindled out of 180.00!! I'll never use them or recommend them to anyone!!!! I would have given them a negative score of that...

As a business, you hope to do business with a company that wants to make issues right for future business no matter what the outcome on the current deal, but this company, charged us for goods that we never recieved and on ttop of that charged us restocking fees for a shipment that never came to us, and the customer service manager Sue was very nasty about it. Note another note, as a company without integrity in doing business with other businesses, the fish that is represented in your signage and other marketing material should be in question as well.
