Party Adventure — Attraction in Saint Clair Shores

One stop shopping I was in the store last night and was reminded of my first visit there a few months back…I had gone looking for some veeeerrry specific balloons (a shimmery blue/ green ) which they of course had. To my great surprise, (and approx 40mins later) the variety of themed items available & the organization of the aisles - I was like a little kid taking mental notes for future events and mostly just having fun checking out all the festive items …just when I thought …ya know what would be cool ?…if they had …oh there it is & oh oh oh talk about “ throw back” if they had matching…and there that was!! Well played, Dan!! Although it supplies you with most of your party items, it screams functional obsolence in every way. This store is dimly lit, making it difficult for customers to shop aisles with ease, the floors are very dirty and uneven, the balloon station is junky and crowded. Reorganizing wìthin the store could have a tremendous positive impact. Make it more appealing to the customer.

Customer service was good. But I was told there was a helium shortage and the numbered balloons couldn’t be filled..only the latex balloons could be and I was fine with that. But the latex balloons didn’t even last the whole day (if they were filled with helium it should have). I needed the number 3 and 5, but when I got home to put them up I realise the 5 was actually a 2 based on the sizing. I want to believe it was a mistake, but you can’t miss picking up...
