Literally some of the best food I’ve had in st George. I’ve only gotten it from their food truck at the saturday Tuacahn market (I’m not sure if they have a stationary building around here, if so I’d love to go) and it was so good. I bought both the pork and the zucchini egg buns, and they were so fluffy, so flavorful and just cooked perfectly. And they had a nice spicy oil dipping sauce. I’ve also gotten their fried rice, and it was THE BEST fried rice I’ve ever had in my life. Their drinks are also delicious. The owners are some of the kindest people ever. Sometimes they’ll even give you a refill or an extra bun or something if they feel that you’ve waited too long or something (I don’t even mind waiting long because their food is so worth it). Really great, The food was really yummy, and affordable, with great customer service.

We got a pork mushroom dumpling, glass noodles, golden dumplings, and the lemonade and brown sugar boba.

The highlight for me being the pork dumpling with the red chili sauce and the brown sugar boba, which had perfectly made boba and with everything being home made.

And the person working there was super kind, and she even asked to make sure some common allergens were okay, which actually prevented an allergy attack, and she was able to just not add it.

WOW. From hello to the last bite I was hooked. The owners are the nicest people. They’re from China and make incredible food. What more do I need to say? But really, I got the Sesame Noodles which are similar to Dan Dan Noodles and they were the best version I’ve had since living in China. The buns are homemade by the mom, I had the BBQ and it was delicious. Portions were excellent for the price. Can’t recommend enough. I’ll be back every time I’m in St. George.
