Iām from Overton, Nevada and I was in Costco one afternoon and somehow or another, my iPhone12 mini got discombobulated! The Costco electronics guy gave me ZAGGās card, and I hopped on my bike on over to their nearest shop. Their knowledgeable tech was able to do a moderately fast reset on my phone, and as he looked it over, he pointed out that my battery had only 53% charge capacity. I decided to allow him to replace it on the spot. They had to send Emma over to the other shop to procure one, and soon my cell was under repair. In the process, my screen also showed a weakness, and, rather than spend another $900 for a new cell, their very reasonable price for repairing my 4 year old phone won the day, and both screen and battery were fixed . I was happily on the road home to NV, when, the phone shut down suddenly. I returned to the shop and they graciously took a look. I want to make it perfectly clear that because of the earlier jumble that brought me in, I have a hint that there may have been problems coming. It had never shut down before, granted. After close exam, the store manager determined that he could not stop this new problem from reoccurring, and they then took ALL responsibility! I was amazed! They offered to replace my four year old phone with a fully refurbished one, with a 90 day guarantee, at their expense! I was without a phone nearly three days, and have an app connected to my Pace Maker that informs my cardio unit of my heart situation, and they were not aware of that. We agreed I would return when the new phone arrived, and, when I did, my old SIM and provider were installed, and upon Applesās mandatory wait time transferring my Apple ID in a situation like this, all my old contacts, etc., were automatically transferred to my replacement cell while at home in Nevada, no longer necessitating another trip to ST George. I want to say that in all my 77 years of interaction with repair folks, I have never felt I was in more competent hands. The shop lost money on me. Never did they weasel or try to put one over on me. My satisfaction has been so far exceeding my expectations that I want to make the public aware that there are some righteous tech folks at ZAGG in STG! I feel you can trust them with your hard earned cash not to rip you off, overcharge, or refuse to stand behind their promises! Thank you, all the Folks at ZAGG shops in St George. š«µšš¤š. Edward...

Alright, update, due to zagg replacing my screen my cell phone was fixed and returned without the sim tray in tact leaving my phone vulnerable to water. Fast forward, my phone had water go into the area of where the sim card would have been and fried my mother board. When I brought this to Zaggs attention their policy is "once we work on your phone it's no longer rated to its original water proof warranty" so in a nut shell I paid for them to replace my screen, lose my sim card holder and take zero responsibility for the loss of my Samsung s22ultra. I was offered a new case once I paid for a new phone. I will NEVER go back to Zagg again knowing once they work on your phone that it no longer keeps its original guarantee of water or break proof "I was told by the manager that I signed something that states this?". . I then asked to speak to the owner which I was told they would lose their job giving out his email? Sorry if I was an owner and had this happen to a customer I would most definitely want to speak with the customer. I offered my email to give to the owner but never did hear back so my guess is they either didn't pass on my email or the owner doesn't want to deal with this?? Either way be careful taking your phone to get any repairs here. Best to deal with the phone company directly from...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreso I came into this location, Tuesday 8 April 2025 and I had the back of my iPhone 16 Pro Max replaced and when I received my phone back then the next day when I was taking pictures, then I noticed that the cameras were extremely dirty under the lens cover of both the wide lens and the ultra wide lens but however, the zoom lens was perfectly fine so I brought the phone back in the next day to have them clean those two lenses that were dirty and after they said they had cleaned them then we tried out the camera there and they were still blurry on both the wide lens and the ultra wide lens then the guy told me that they usually tell customers that when they replaced the back of the phones and there is a possibility that the cameras could be scratched, which I thought was very awesome that he told me after it already happened so Iām not very pleased with ZAGG and it turned out that they were chipped and scratched, and they said that I was looking at buying new cameras for 260 dollars. where are the day before I had them replace the back of my phone for $180 thereās no way Iām gonna pay the $260 for getting the cameras replaced and I donāt think that I should even pay any of that expense. I feel like it should be all on ZAGG to replace the cameras because now all my videos and photos look like shard and Iām not...
